Thank you so much. My sewing skills have improved greatly. I have a question based on this tutorial though. What measurement did you use in cutting the flare? Is it the waist measurement? Because from the start, you divided the waist measurement by 8. So was it the actual measurement (24) you used when cutting the flare or the 3inches you got after dividing the actual measurement by 8
