No, I didn’t.
If I want to cut 1440flare, am I going to divide my waist circumference by 4 or by 2
Please for 1440 flare divide by 4
Example, waist 30 divided by 4 will give you 7.5
Now divide 7.5 by 6.28
And this will be equal to 1.19 for your radius

No, it is not necessary, add hemming gum when sewing, after sewing turn it over and iron it now. You do this, then it will lay flat and you will not need to under stitch. I hope this helps. Let me know how you get on.
