Bodabodas are the worst thing to ever happen to Kampala and if we don't take a bold step by now to regulate them we are sitting on a time bomb and i bet Kampala has the biggest number of these motorcycles at the moment...
How did other countries manage to do it that we have failed in Uganda?!
Otherwise apparently the number is 7000 not 4000 and those are the registered cyclists so i guess ur rider isnt one of them for reasons best known to him?!
Bodaboda industry has been infiltrated with all sorts of criminals and actually they are even a threat to the lives of Ugandans in terms of safety and security therefore let the authorities take a reasonable number and the rest should go and work from somewhere else
