Very well done. Articulate presentation and slow, steady camera. Very watchable.

Many thanks my friends - another stunning tour, beautifully filmed, informative and details well explained ! My last visit to this property must be well over twenty years ago, and whilst the sheer splendour and extravagance was eye watering, I could not help but think of the thousands living daily lives in abject poverty and desperation :(
Covid has hit the National Trust quite hard, with massive properties such as this being run by minimal staff - difficult times !!
thanks once again - jolly good :)

🙏 Thank you my friend; so glad you liked it. It had been many years since I last visited Knole. In fact, the bedrooms were just cordoned off last time I visited, now they are behind glass/perspex, sealed and environmentally controlled to protect them. We have a few more National Trust properties to cover, and we hope these videos prompt those who can, to visit - every little bit of help we can offer.
Thanks again for the comment, stay safe stay well

@@OurWorldForYou Yes indeed. I have been watching a current series, visiting a selection of National Trust properties, and so many of them that would normally have a staff of ( say ) fifty, are tottering along with two or three, looking after the absolute essentials.Hopefully, if Covid is easing in the UK, then National Trust may be able to open the doors more widely once again. Alas, in NZ we are in a Delta variant wave, with nation wide lockdowns at a number of levels, and mandatory face masks :(
Take care, and thanks once again !

That's so true, we recently went to Quebec House in Westerham and that was staffed by only two, so we couldn't visit the top half of the house. Shame, but those are the times. We are lockdown free, but I think we could be heading to another difficult autumn/winter.
