Hey man, your vids are great and they have inspired me to build 2 budget builds of my own, one with dual x5450 and a 7870 with 24gb of ddr2 ram (180 CAD) and another one with a qx9775 and a 750ti (240). Both run great! Keep up the great vids man!!!!

I've just found this channel and i have to say : " Your channel is very helpful " . I live in a poor country so my family also not rich . But i have a passion with pc hardware . Since I was 18 , I've did a lot of job just to buy hardware . So , i can understand how hard to build a pc case when don't have a lot of money :)
THANKYOU FOR YOUR VIDEO , HOPE YOU WILL MAKE MORE :)

Good PC build as well! Cant say I am a fan of the clear tape cable management but that is my OCD preferences kicking in :) Looking forward to the next Aus build!

Love the video as always, Brian. I also liked you having your boy in the video. It feels like you are a very loving dad, from previous videos that i had gathered that from. I hope that fate and circumstance will make things better, so you and him will have a bit of a life together, as i can tell that he loves his dad very much. All my hopes, man. Keep up the good content, and keep that chin up. You inspire a lot of us - by months end, i'll have a $200 CAD/AUS build that will be my own 'Hot Used Build' that i'm going to use as my console killer/substitute.

Hey Brian, I love these old but good setups. I have one myself, a MSI P67A-GD55 mobo with an i5 2500K at 4.2 Ghz. Running Oculus Rift butter smooth with an overclocked GTX 970 and 16Gb of DDR3 1800Mhz Ram. I built this computer in 2010 and apart from the GPU and RAM, everything is still the same! I have recently won an action on eBay for an i7 2600K for AU$150, so a nice little upgrade to improve my video rendering times and multi tasking (I am hoping to OC it to at least 4.5 Ghz). Next to come will be a GTX 1070, possibly Zotac Extreme (I love the chuncky look). I'll wait for black Friday for a good deal... Your videos rock, keep it up mate! Cheers, Allan.

Cant wait for Hot Used Setups though, if that's still on the docket :) Just dropped a Xeon x5687 into the Z400 build and its awesome. Definitely a processor to look into if you already have (or manage to get for cheap) a 1366 x58 board. Otherwise, the OEM HP boards on ebay are cheap enough, but not really able to OC.

Anyway, that's a real great price to performance computer! There's another person who does this with really old computers, but it's boring since all the computers perform so bad, but wow, great benchmarks on this PC. It ironically performs way better than my $420 computer. Granted, some of the parts are older and used, but I wasn't expecting that.

Really unfortunate having to leave a 4 year old son. I couldn't imagine leaving my daughter let alone leaving the country. That must have been very difficult. I hope you get in a better place mentally and are able to spend more time with your son in the future. You only get one life and he will only have one father. Best of luck.
