hey i have minimal pelvicalyeal dilation and this Minimal hydronephrosis In ultra sound report please help me what should I do 🙏🏼🙏🏼 I'm very frustrated 😭
@@074sajjadhossainshishir3 it's not as bad as it sounds, my right kidney is fine, the left one is a bit damaged and basically only does 30% of the work. I had kidney stones too, those were a bit painful, but other than that I can live my life without much hindrance.
I had tested it few days ago doctor said i have bilateral mild hydrophonesis, will it get worst? how to treat this by naturally? what's rule did you follow?
@@074sajjadhossainshishir3 well in my case I had surgery (extension of the renal pelvis), but in the end it didn't really help. It has been a couple of years and it didn't improve or get worse, it just stayed the same, so I only do regular checkups now. In your case it's mild but on both sides, so I don't know what is and isn't necessary and since I'm not a doctor I shouldn't be giving you medical advice in the first place. However, what I can say is that drinking enough water is key to keeping your kidney healthy. It might also be good to not consume too much salt or food with high amounts of oxolates. In any case, you should talk to your doctor about it.
just take plenty of water, adequate rest and a follow up usg after 15 days.my friend had mild and she went through this management and cured as well.if there is no specific underlying cause it actually cures.
Very well done, clear voice, excellent illustrations, good information at a comfortable pace. D. Jackson

Great info. But the lady talks too fast and slightly unclear enunciating.
