I will say that you have to take the water pressure into account too not just GPM. I’ve worked in irrigation for years now and when you have 12-13 GPM but no pressure sometimes the heads don’t even pop up out the their housing even though you have the water you need
@@DIYReid great, I went with the Ultras - a 50/50 shot as almost went the same system as the rain birds. I am running them almost double the time than the old 4 inch pop ups - even with the low angle nozzles, but guessing that’s how all rotors work as I think you mentioned in the video.
@@DIYReid North of I-70 or south? I’m in south east MO, about an hour south of St Louis. We just bought a new place and I’m about to over-seed and install a sprinkler system. I can’t decide if I want tall fescue, Bermuda grass or Kentucky Blue.

What part of Missouri is this installation and what kind of grass is planted?
West Missouri. Mix of Fescue and Blue Grass.
