As I have advanced osteoporosis (no fractures), I am taking vitamin D3 supplements to keep it at a normal level, otherwise they keep going down. The foods you advise are exactly what I should NOT eat, as I have higher than normal level of cholesterol, so it's a no-no for me. In my country I cannot easily find ghee and it's very expensive too, so what else might help with the transformation of the sunlight into vitamin D? I know it's better to create vitamin D from natural sources, but maybe should I just stick with taking the supps? And how can we balance cholesterol AND vitamin D, according to Ayurveda? I have already wrote and asked you to give us some info on cholesterol, tips on what to eat, what to avoid, beneficial herbs, etc, I hope you'll find the time to talk about that in one of your next videos.
