Good information. I'd say Al Furjan is very well connected with already having an existing metro line and easy access onto the highways.

What is ur view on Nshama town square community to investment for rental income. Still we get 1bed in 825k inwards, whereas in Al-Furjan 1bed costs 1.1 Miliion if we go with reputed devloper.
Do you think DWC airport help to boost prices in Nshama? Also it is little close to Emaar New community " THE HEIGHTS".
Beware of Dubai South and the problems residents are facing because of the Sewage treatment plant emitting Intense sewage gases and coming into homes. The Pulse District and South Bay beware! The plant is only visible when zooming directly into it's location. The Intensity and frequency of the gases is increasing from 10pm - 9am and it's so intense that residents can't sleep and are getting headaches. The gases are in the air and are suffocating. Too many owners of the units and an unwillingness to post about this issue affecting residents just like the International City plant that made residents sick

@@likeroman8862 the plant causing the issue is named jAbal Ali Sewage Treatment Plant. Ironic because it's nowhere near Jebel Ali. I suggest that you look it up on Google Maps and just across the highway is the Pulse Community and South Bay
