Hi, my barely use Nikon D3400 that i bought 3 year ago suddenly had problem with built-in flash. The flash popup but not flashing with any. I try auto, P, M, A....but the flash had just popup and nothing. Please give an advice. Thanks. Ryan
I don't have a radio trigger, but i have spoken to a photographer friend of mine who says that nikon radio triggers will work on any Nikon DSLR cameras.
It depends which setting you are in, but by pressing the i button, you get access to the flash option and, if it is in a setting which has the flash, you can usually use that to switch it off.

no, the flash in the camera cannot be kept on constantly. you will need to buy special lights to shoot video.
