At least Weird Al managed to land a sweet role with his amazing performance in the Captain Underpants Movie!
Morshu the Sheetposter and when he was in MLP. His role in MLP was really good and I appreciate him being the second celebrity they ever got.
I'm not gonna lie, I actually disagree with #5, mainly because I enjoyed it when I was younger. I mean the animation wasn't entirely great, but it was still enjoyable to watch. Oh, how I love the nostalgia from that special! But, this is your opinion, PhantomStrider, and I respect that. I really enjoy your videos!
I agree too I mean the only thing that drags it down is the animation. The story is creative and memorable and the jokes I still laugh at to this day.

6: While this powerpuff girls special is unique, the animation actually made me sick when I watched it, and the dancing thing just made me roll my eyes.
5: the boys in this look like Sid from the first toy story.
4: This is a really lazily done Dexter episode. It reminds me of squidward from modern spongebob. Always failing to keep the annoying idiots off him.

alexandra galici Grandma isn't considered a Cartoon Network special. CN lost rights earlier this year to Free Form and The CW.
I wasn't aware that was CN to be honest. I should've checked the fine-print as I originally skipped over it due to me not believing it originated on CN. Mind you scaredy squirrel didn't either XD

To be honest TTG is one of the reasons we don't see many Holiday Specials anymore. Even the annoying ones, simply because they take over the holidays themselves.

Scary Godmother was one of my favorite halloween specials. I paid no attention to the cgi animation because I assumed it was expected from the company who frequently posts cartoon series. And I found the special entertaining because of these monster characters.

Scary godmother was such a distant memory to me i remembered legit nothing about it except the creepy characters i just had so little memory of it that for years o just thought it was a weird dream i had this has been bugging me for years im not sure weather i should thank you or not because on one hand i know im not crazy and it was a real show but on the other you reminded me of the terrifying lifeless characters so....half thanks
Scaredy Squirrel is actually a children’s picture book. I read it so many times when I was little, and I still find the book to be cute and charming. When I saw that there would be a show of the same name, I was quite exited. I kinda forced myself to watch it. If they did buy the rights to the name just to make this, then a stiff finger to them. The book was charming, witty, cute, and it thought kids about facing their fears and problem solving. This just took a huge shit on it.

The Annoying Orange was making bad puns but he used them not only to annoy but to offend the fruits which made the character funny. Right now, he is just annoying and not funny. Making endless fart jokes, the phrase “YO WHAT YOU TALKING ABOUT”, and unnecessary challenges and puns.

Hello, you forgot to mention the fact that at the end of the Dexter's Lab one, he distinctly says, "I'm sorry I ruined Christmas AGAIN." Meaning...he has done this before and still hasn't learned, which is unusual for his "intellectual" character. Other than that, great video. :)

The Scary Godmother movies are my favorite Cartoon Network specials (yes, there were 2, I love them both)! We originally recorded them on VHS tape, but when we accidentally recorded over them, we were devastated. We had to go, what, 10 years without seeing it annually? But then, the miracle that is Safeway Pharmacy had them on sale! We snatched them right up (it set us back 15 dollars, but who cares??), and immediately watched them when we got home, even though it was a week after Easter (it's Safeway Pharmacy, so that isn't unusual). Now we watch them both on Halloween and whenever we want!
Weird Al usually looks like he's having fun preforming (I've seen him in concert) but this looks like he genuine wants death

I nearly cried when I found an episode of Annoying Orange featuring one of my fav Comedians, Gabriel Iglesias.
Even he was barely able to make that episode amusing at all and his humor was made harder to do because they had him playing a stuck up character

But scary god mother was really good sure the animation was bad but I happened to like it also the sequel was good but wasn't as good as the first one to me
I actually really love the Scary Godmother movies.
Sure, the visual quality isn't that great. But the stories, comedy and characters were wonderful. As for the Dexter special, that's the problem with science thinking characters in shows.
Most of the time, they're stubborn idiots who think they're absolutely right about everything. Doc Saturday, Susan and Mary Test, Dexter, Brian Griffin, that cat from Bunnicula, Tony Stark even Wally West from Young Justice act this way.
The truth is, science isn't the complete answer to everything
I'd also add Princess Bubblegum from Adventure Time. I saw part of that Young Justice episode with Wally West and the others visiting Dr. Fate, and yeah, he was a real jerk in that one.
Oh, yeah; completely forgot about Bubblegum's episode in Wizard City.
It...It boggles me when, even after seeing supernatural stuff occur RIGHT IN FRONT OF THEM! These "genius" characters still act like it's all fake
sadlobster1 I think that was the episode that made me hate Bubblegum. She showed that she doesn't care about her subjects (going as far as to mock their beliefs openly) and will do anything she wants regardless of their protests.
They always come up with such convoluted explanations too. It would be better to have them say, "Well, some things just defy explanation," which would make them sound humble and acknowledge they don't have all the answers, but no, they have to spout some arrogant prattle to make themselves feel good. I think that most scientists in real life, regardless of personal beliefs, would openly admit, "We don't have all the answers or know everything, and that's what makes things so exciting."

The worst thing for me about #1, aside from how they managed to get Weird Al, is how they managed to get Alice Cooper, of all people.

Out of curiosity, as you didn't mention, what about the second Scary Godmother special? They usually played back to back from what I remember. I honestly remember the second one better as the other kids got personalities in that one.

At least Weird Al was featured in better projects like Murphy's Law and for the theme song for Captain Underpants (a movie that surprisingly makes toilet humor funny).
