I love and hate watching these commercials. I'll be 33 in two months and remember most of these commercials and what I was doing around the time I first saw them. I hate getting older.

Wow. Being Gen X of course I love the 90s. That Toyota commercial with the dogs was one of my favorites. Back in the day when my room mate would yell "hurry, your commercials on!!" also the Pepsi next commercials....well basically every 90s commercial ever even local commercials were good. Crawford and Banks.....omg. I often ask friends if they remember commercials for products instead of just pharmaceuticals. And hell yes....I would go back to 1997 if I could. I earned good money....I had a nice life.

I usually watch the Superbowl just for their ads! I don't really care what teams are playing against each other or which one of them would win. I just get a kick out of the commercials.

Uhh I wouldn't say so, given that the story of the WW2 Carrier pigeons used during the Battle Of Britain and other engagements where E-comms were unreliable or unavailable, or as insurance a message gets through in case of jamming, other reasons, all of that well predates either case by about 60+ years

I don't know how retro 1997 is. That's just my opinion. I prefer the eighties.
Classic Cars are any vehicle 20 years or older. I'm fine with anything pre 2000 being retro
