@@MohanK1074 Thanks for the kind thoughts. Three tips: 1) Keep speaking. There is much improvement to be made by practicing the craft. 2) Keep watching. Watch other speakers and learn from them. 3) Find your voice. Often what makes a great speech and speaker is the thing they are passionate about... the thing they care deeply about. Find that thing and speak about it. You will notice an almost immediate difference in your delivery when you speak about something you care deeply for. All the best to you!

We are allowed to pause for up to 30 seconds to think before we utter the first word.
