I have been watching these videos and taking notes! I find these videos so helpful and informational. These videos are helping me feel prepared for my first signing.
I would usually do this but with Covid coming back some companies make borrowers and Notary sign Covid agreements before you can even start the loan signing.
My first signing was last week, a refinance. And the instructions specifically said to only print the closing disclosure for the borrower, so that's what I did. Why would they say that?

Hi, Ana that is strange! Never heard of that! But if they asked for that specifically, then you should follow that direction. When in doubt, print a full copy of the docs and provide it to the signer.
First off my NSA warrior Congratulations 🎊!!! Never be hard on yourself. Make sure your credentials are always up to date. E&O, W-9, etc. the signings will come! Building those relationships are key. No stress 😎 enjoy this journey you took on. I found attending local business luncheon events are another way of networking your services!💯🙌👍 YOU GOT THIS! 🙌🙌
Do I need both the dual tray printer and a scanner too? I'm a newbie and I completed everything from notarial commission to LSS certificate to NNA certified thank you @coast2coast
