Thank you so much for watching! You know, it really depends. I would say always keep a look out for initials on the Settlement Statement, Note and DOT/Mortgage/Riders. These sometimes require initials and if they are missed can cause delays.

you're not going to make money in this industry if you don't negotiate to much inflation in this time in the world. but be prepared for the signing service to terminate your contract. Truth be told we need to be paid more as an industry 60 dollars or Lately 75 dollars for a 206-page loan signing that an hour away is sad and if you want more, there is a big push back even in the beginning what would be the best way to approach this.
In my state (NC), there are six things that the notary certificates are supposed to include. One of them, my printed name, does not appear on the majority of the certificates in the loan pkg's I've done. I can't image that the lenders would be happy with me attaching a loose certificate to every notarized document. Could I get into trouble signing these certificates that don't meet all of the requirements for my state? Thanks.

There is no justifying low fees by the SS nor should a Notary be asking for less pages etc.

You will not get in trouble if the certificates do not meet all the requirements, however you can always add the loose certificates as well :)
