These videos are so helpful for those of us just getting started. Thank you for taking the time to go through all the nitty gritty details so we can be sure to return error-free docs. Now to overcome the fear of taking on my first signing!

This is actually super helpful. And this exact thing is what some popular ron and loan signing agent websites test you on.

Thank you for doing these. It took me a while to understand why the first date should be 2/25...i get it now. That is the date of the actual signing = the opening of the account. Somehow I missed this in my training. It all makes sense now. Thank you again.

Great review. I have noticed on the Loan Applications with Joint Borrowers that some title/escrow companies have required both Borrowers to initial even though only 1 name is indicated per application, and then both initial again on the 2nd application.

Interesting! On the Loan Application, I think having them both initial each application is a fine idea- just to cover your bases!

For the three tax forms, you mentioned if they’re already signed have signer resign them. Where would we have them sign, on top of their own signature so it’s a wet signature? Thanks in advance.

Does the errors and ommissions compliance agreement need a jurat attached?

If notarization is required, the form will have a notarization attached- sometimes it will be a jury, other times it will be an acknowledgment. The form will indicate what is needed.

Thank you so much for your videos. I’m a new signing agent and so they are extremely helpful. I have a question about the E&O agreement -there is no state or venue in that verbiage, so would you attach a jurat to the document?

Hi Meegan! So happy to hear you like our videos and find them helpful. If you look at the E &O form, the venue is at the very top :)
