Thanks to you and others for the low wattage rice cooker idea. I took a ‘baby steps’ camping trip last week supplied with a power station, low wattage rice cooker, small kettle and small fridge. All performed perfectly. Thank you so much for sharing all the ‘how-to’ and gear details.
