Not to mention the gear down with the bigger drivers helps deliver the power to the track with less load on the clutches. 🤘🏼

    Nice explanation!
I understand how rolling resistance is huge, and bigger wheels and drivers will help.
It's worth noting that pull force will increase with smaller drivers just like a transmission output shaft is harder to turn in the lower gears, even though the input shaft is easier to turn in low gears compared to high gears...
I can certainly appreciate more teeth driving the track as well.

I did basically the same thing a few years ago with an old mountain horse snowbike using your drivers. There was an immediate noticeable difference in how easy the track spooled up. But then I smoked a rock and totaled the whole kit basically. I would love for someone to start thinking this way on the snowbike side of things especially when bike hp is such a limiting factor right out of the gate

Nice Product. Is that change final ratio?

If I'm right, your final drive ratio is now 2.08 instead of 2.45 if you have the stock QD2.

@@ianblais2296 We use a TKI set up with 63/24 gears, 7t 3.5 pitch drivers helps us get to a QD2 final drive.
