The outer eight precious structure of monastery.
Includes its own inner blessings.
Abundantly blessed with the power of knowledge from in and out.
Also fidelity as paradise.

རྒྱལ་བསྟན་ཆོས་སྲིད་སྙན་གྲགས་ཁྱབ་སོང།
The place of North, Palace was named Ongdi-tse.
Ascended by the monarch.
The practice of Dharma and politics was continued.
Disperse widely in fruitful way.
