My top 3 favorites: 3. Stardust Speedway JPN - It's catchy and memorable. 2. Wacky Workbench USA - It's so great. The vocals and the middle part are so well-made. My favorite USA CD song. 1. Quartz Quadrant JPN - I keep re-listening to it, the melody is SO GOOD, there's nothing left to say. The trumpets are so good, the orchestra hits, the piano, THE KEY! It's all so well made.
Especially the fact that quartz quadrant mixes parts of the bad future and good future together which makes it sound like the two futures are fighting each other and the glass breaking sound, the beginning and the transition to good future made me fail nnn
I like the stardust speedway Present US Theme because it’s really accurate to what’s happening around you instead of the background which is what the JP Version does… No offence though….
Although I do respect what you think about all of the music (and I do agree on some) but I have no clue on why you put Stardust Speedway JP so low. With how the music went, its an actually fun thing to listen to and lighten the mood. I would say it also fits whats going on with the Background and the zone itself. You hear screaming trumpets in it, while the speedway roads are made of trumpets. It’s genius. Plus it just GIVES you the feels of a speedway overall. It just fits running around there in a big, bright starry city. They hit it right for me.
14. Tidal Tempest US - Honestly the most boring track in the game alongside Palmtree Panic Bad Future US. Too bad, as Tidal Tempest is my second favorite underwater zone after Hydrocity. 13. Collision Chaos US - I know some people love this track, I don't. I guess they were going for a dark cyberpunk city vibe, which doesn't fit the stage at all IMHO. 12. Palmtree Panic US - As the first stage, Palmtree Panic needs to set an example for the cheerful Present, triumphant/relaxing Good Future and dismal, morbid Bad Future. The US tracks fail miserably at that. All of them. 11. Metallic Madness US - While the track sounds evil enough for Robotnik's fortress, it doesn't provide the intensity required for the final act, very much unlike the Japanese version. 10. Tidal Tempest JP - While the US version just flat out bores me, this track is a little more interesting. Still, my interest fades after a little while. Neither are as bad as Labyrinth's theme (and Labyrinth itself, ugh) but leave a lot to be desired. 9. Quartz Quadrant US - I like rock music and electric guitars, but IMHO this track doesn't fit the stage at all. 8. Wacky Workbench JP - This track is also very dark for a Present theme, but it's okay because it's set in a munitions factory. It creates some panic even in the Present, which escalated into the best Bad Future theme of them all. Now let's put in some groove... 7. Wacky Workbench US - This track is much happier, and outright slaps. It shows that Sonic isn't afraid of the old weaponry and still finds a way to have fun. 6. Palmtree Panic JP - This track sets a far more exciting beginning than the American version. Upbeat, adventurous and just flat out fun. 5. Stardust Speedway JP - This iconic track makes me want to dance, and in general Stardust Speedway has the best music in the game IMHO. The funky horns fit the trumpets that make the stage. It's a great track, but not as great as... 4. Stardust Speedway US - While the Japanese versions of Stardust Speedway play on 10, the American versions crank it up to 11. This track is just epic. 3. Collision Chaos JP - This track has perhaps my favorite beat in the game. Its bouncy nature fits the foreground of the zone, with all the bumpers and flippers. 2. Metallic Madness JP - The Japanese soundtrack starts the game with a bang, and ends it with a bang as well. This evil track (which is evil even in the past) prepares you well for the final showdown. 1. Quartz Quadrant JP - Nothing left to say. The horns, the guitar, the piano and the percussion work together amazingly well. It competes well with Metallic Madness Good Future for my favorite theme of Sonic CD.
Jeez very good, I also love it! The Quartz Quadrant JPN has to be the BEST! It is so great song! It is my fav track in the game! It’s nothing short of beautiful, it’s even fits a lot, there’s so much parts like inside parts, outside parts and even more! It is a beautiful and great track
The Present is supposed to strike a balance between the time zones, not be as happy as the Present. Quartz Quadrant works because it’s composed differently from its own GF.
USA: #7 Quartz Quadrant - Guitars... just that. And the vocals, this time, I didn't liked that. #6 Palmtree Panic - I don't like PPz tracks from both versions, but this one I like. #5 Collision Chaos - It fits the level, so natural. #4 Metallic Madness - It fits the level, I like this one. #3 Stardust Speedway - This one feels like running through empty streets at midnight #2 Tidal Tempest - You all probably hate this track but I really love it, sue me. #1 Wacky Workbench - This stage has no bad music. PERFECT. JAP #7 Palmtree Panic - Again, I hate PPz music. #6 Metallic Madness - Sounds like a Bad Future, but it's okay, even the Past version sounds like a Bad Future sometimes. #5 Tidal Tempest - Not that I don't like it, but I prefer the Good Future version. #4 Wacky Workbench - It's a good track but I don't have much to say about this one. #3 Collision Chaos - It fits the level so well, it's a really good track. #2 Stardust Speedway - HUE HUE HUE... I love the sound effects, like the sirens. #1 Quartz Quadrant - Probably one of my favorite tracks of the game, it's beautiful, and brings a Good Future feel.
@@soaringstars314 US Stardust present is pretty good, I will say that. US Stardurst Speedway is great overall to be honest, and arguably more fitting. But US Quartz Quadrant is pretty meh, best is Bad Future yet I think that's still somewhat milquetoast
My rankings and why 14. Collision chaos US (its too dark for a present theme. I think the good future variant sounds like more of a present theme..) 13. Quartz quadrant US (this would have fit better for collision chaos more but its the right energy for a present theme.) 12. JP palmtree panic (now based on how low this is i dont hate it. Quite the opposite actually. I'd say its glaring issue is that it's way too cheerful for a present theme. Stardust speedwayJP present learned that lession with the more melancholic section) 11. US metallic madness (my problem is it's got the metallic part down but not the madness part down.) 10. US wacky workbench (this and number 9 are fairly interchangeable. I think its fun to listen too but forgets its a chaotic fun factory.) 9. JP wacky workbench (its nice to jam too and fits its theme.) 8. Stardust speedway US (one word sticks out to me here. Fast. However it doesn't capture the big city element you can see in the background. Its good but i wanted more) 7. Tidal tempest US (after listening to it. I think the vocals could reference ghosts due to the place looking like it was at some point a city above water till it sunk.) 6. Tidal tempest JP (it's missing the element its US counterpart has) 5. Quartz quadrant JP (its iconic and the shatter effects complement the mine theme.) 4. Collision chaos JP (id willingly listen to this no matter what. Sounds fun and retro arcade.) 3. Metallic madness JP (rap.. thats all i have to say) 2. Palmtree panic US (sounds festive without going overboard) 1. Stardust speedway JP (why else would mania remix it? Its so good! Even the melancholic bit, the city vibe, the catchy music, its got every element of a good sonic level.)
When I first heard of Metallic Madness US, it sounds like Sonic is on his way to Metallic Madness and the JP version is when he actually arrives. I don't know. It just feels like that to me.
I think the US version almost sounds more like a Tails version for the level theme. I just can’t imagine Sonic approaching the place with that much dread. The Japanese version definitely fits for Sonic busting into the place and causing havoc though.
This is pretty good but I don't like that you put tidal tempest us dead last there are other tracks way worse than that like collision chaos us it's still a good track but gets pretty fucking boring real quick
Yup again... Here is MY true opinion about these amazing long and fun to listen to soundtracks... #14. Tidal Tempest US : This song is very bad. It don’t fit the stage, it makes the game more jeez odd, it’s just a boring and stupid pop music, I wonder why they have the idea to make this bopping music but ok, it don’t do anything good, worst track. #13. Quartz Quadrant US : This song is ok song. I don’t think this song do so well, it is just a guitar, it’s not fits that much, it only fits the outside background, I kinda like the guitar which is fits for the inside... Don’t fit so much, I don’t like it either since I’m not really a big fan of rock music, sometimes I do, but sometimes I don’t. Mediocre track. #12. Stardust Speedway JPN : This track is great! It’s so good far from the last track. It’s a good track, very speed and I love the hues, I love the stars sounds, if fits so well! This music is NOTHING short of bliss. #11. Palmtree Panic US : Welp this song is also great. This brings more tropical feel, I love the first melody, whatever mexico sounds, I love it so much, I even love the guitar and the last part. This fits a first stage and cheerful a lot. #10. Collision Chaos US : This song is also good, I think this fits the background more, it is a good song, I like the rocks, I think it is good. It don’t fit the stage that much, it is a really good track and don’t fail to impress me. But not as good as... #9. Collision Chaos JPN : This song fit the stage, the Pinballs, it is pretty nostalgic song, and I love it, it’s a cheerful song for the next level too, however this song is not as good as the other JPN Collision Chaos Zones Song... I like the Collision Chaos Bad Future US the most. #8. Tidal Tempest JPN : This song fits the stage a lot, the volcano outside part. It fits the stage so much, especially the water and the foreground, it is so tidal, Tidal Gaming Sound. #7. Metallic Madness US : This song fits the final stage a lot, the guitars is great, it is a very sad song for the last game too, it is a great song in general and fits the foreground a lot. #6. Palmtree Panic JPN : This song is so cheerful, it fits the stage, it is nostalgic, it fits the foreground, the background, the level and eveything about this song is so great, I love the melody too. #5. Stardust Speedway US : This song fits the stage, catchy and fast, is a great song, I really forgot how great it is and how beautiful it is, never listen to the present themes that much. Don’t blame me if I don’t. #4. Metallic Madness JPN : Epicness. This song is epic, it fits the last stage, really catchy and a very technologic song, and it is so epic, that it even fits the saw machines that gonna kill you or stop you on your track. Don’t even get me starts with the raps, it is so great I think it made the song more fits the last stage, what a cool song. #3. Wacky Workbench US : This song is great, I love the drums, the bass, it’s a beautiful song at the end, it’s so catchy, and very great song, I love it, but it don’t fit the stage that much. It gives off the feeling becoming welcome to the factory. #2. Wacky Workbench JPN : This song is also great, it fits the stage, catchy, really great song, I love the middle part, it is technologitic, this song is way past cool honetly. #1. Quartz Quadrent : Perfect. Welp bonus again : #4. Relic Ruins JPN : This song is great, it is good and very catchy, it is a copy of Take It by Alex Lee so it is on the worst, still fits. #3. Relic Ruins US : It fits the stage, the background, the colors, this song makes the foreground more interestingly, it is a great song and very fits that Ruins theme. #2. Desert Dazzle JPN : This song fits the stage, it has the very very desert themes, it fits the background, I like the melody and more, great song. #1. Desert Dazzle US ( By Hyper Sonic ) : This song has that desert theme, it is catchy, I love the melody and so much more, again as I said never listen to the present themes that much.
14. Palmtree Panic US -- A bit too sickly-sweet for my taste. It's the opposite of challenging and complex. For a first stage theme, it's alright, though extremely forgettable. 13. Metallic Madness US -- This one took a really long time to grow on me. Even then, it sticks out like sore thumb compared to every other zone on both soundtracks. It has its emotional crests and dips. It is not something I would think to listen to when playing a Sonic game. 12. Collision Chaos US -- Surprisingly fitting for this zone. From the perspective of Sonic -- someone on a mission to save a world -- this track is a much better fit than the goofy JP version. 11. Wacky Workbench US -- A common trend I have noticed in the US soundtrack is that half the song is great, while the other half is boring. It starts with a decent hook, but the B-section doesn't augment emotion in any way. The vocals compete with the instruments (which aren't particularly interesting, either), creating a unnecessarily busy soundscape. 10. Palmtree Panic JP -- A manic track compared to the US version, it still has the same issue of being a little too lighthearted for what I like. I must complement the instrumentation, as it is complexly-layered but not overbearing. I can go either way about the samples. The main virtue I can ascribe to it is being a fine base for the amazing Bad Future mix. 9. Quartz Quadrant US -- The acoustic guitars are nice, and certainly liven up the recording. I can't complement the rest of the instruments as much. My main criticism is that it feels like several segments of a longer song cobbled together. 8. Wacky Workbench JP -- One of the more threatening tracks, it's still balanced with a healthy amount of optimistic pop influence. The samples are a bit strange, but the bass, much like the rest of the soundtrack, is rock-solid. 7. Quartz Quadrant JP -- Definitely the most generic-sounding track off the JP soundtrack. It could have been placed nearly anywhere in the soundtrack and I would have not seen a clash with the environment. It starts a bit plain, but the B-section is much better, though, and the way it rebounds from it is also well-done. Still, this feels like it only exists to justify the Good Future mix. 6. Stardust Speedway US -- The emphasis is on "stardust". It feels simpler than most of the other tracks, but it does much more with its limited instrumentation than most of the rest of both soundtracks. The B-section takes me to heaven and back. 5. Tidal Tempest JP -- Definitely one of the slower tracks, but I think it suits the atmosphere of the stage amazingly. The fact the the bass is the lead for half the track makes it unique. An overall solid track, but with little to comment on. 4. Collision Chaos JP -- It's a lot like 70s/80s funk, but on caffeine and with 90s ROMplers and dot-matrix printers. I quite like this mix of influences, and the energetic, lighthearted feeling complements the fast-paced pinball gameplay. 3. Metallic Madness JP -- "Madness" is right. The gameplay for this zone should have matched the music, and not the other way around, as we got. It sounds like several different emotions at once, as a final zone in a game with multiple endings should. Still, it feels watered-down from the Bad Future mix. 2. Tidal Tempest US -- A masterpiece of cheesy early 90s R&B. The vocals perfectly complement the atmosphere, and the bass is infectious. Of all the US tracks, this has the best sound design, using the synthesizers/samplers transparently and wonderfully. 1. Stardust Speedway JP -- The best track in any Sonic game ever. It's a perfect mixture of New Jack Swing, jazz-fusion, and house. The bass is lively, the drum machine holds everything together, the keys find their own little space in the track where they do amazingly, and the pads finish everything up. It unjustly lives within the shadow of the Bad Future mix. If you want to know what kind of music I like, divide this track into its component parts.
As a kid growing up in the 80s-90s America, I loved listening to the music for "Sonic CD" especially when you put the disc in your stereo player while you sleep at night. I also find it generally stupid & egocentric when Sonic fans try to disregard one composer in 'favor' over another when in reality every musician has the same amount of passion that anyone would have for the music they produce. Even fan games. As a TRUE, HONEST Sonic fan, I respect the work & valor of a composers craft. We can all have our favorites & preferences but at the end of the day, we as Sonic fans should honor the work & gratitude of every musician they createf to make the franchise that it is now. Both Past & Present. #BASE 👊😎
@@snickrdoodle_skywalkeri know some people say the us soundtrack is shit when it's not. But are we really saying that if you don't like them you're not a TRUE or HONEST sonic fan? That's weird. I preffer the jp soundtrack by miles but the us soundtrack is not bad. I just don't like most of the compositions enough to make them against the jp ones, they're atmospheric, but maybe too much at the point of sounding like a sound gallery soundtrack labeled as "mechanical.mp3" (metallic madness) some of the compositions are very chaotic but at the same time very slept on. But that's just the way i see it, being a sonic fan or a fan in general is not about liking everything, but liking what you like and respect the people that has different opinions.. i respecto the composers and the people who enjoys the us soundtrack because it's an objectively pretty good work no matter what the rest of the fandom says. Me included
So, what was the point of this video if you couldn't even bother putting reasons for each of your rankings? With the other two ranking videos, I didn't agree with your lists, but at least you provided reasons to explain your stances. Here, there's nothing, which makes the placements of most of these songs utterly baffling.
Not discouraging your opinion or anything, but what is the exact reason why you think wacky workbench us is your favorite? Also I completely understand why wacky workbench jp is so high, it's a banger through and through
My Opinion of Present tracks From Worst to Best Sonic CD #14 Colison Caos US #13 Stardust Speedway US #12 Palmtree Panic US #11 Metallic Madness US #10 Quartz Quadrant US #09 Wacky Workbench US #08 Tidal Tempest US #07 Stardust Speedway JP #06 Tidal Tempest JP #05 Quartz Quadrant JP #04 Colison Caos JP #03 Wacky Workbench JP #02 Metalic Madness JP #01 Palmtree Panic JP
14. Wacky Workbench JP: This doesn’t really sound much like a song, just a mixture of industrial sounds. Listening to it kind of hurts my head. 13. Collision Chaos JP: This really just doesn’t suit the stage. It sounds like it was composed for a more traditional casino level, and the instrumentation is awful. The only reason I put it above the previous song is because the song itself is good, just composed badly. The future versions are MUCH better imo. 12. Quartz Quadrant US: This used to be my favorite song in the game, but I’ve come to realize it really isn’t that good. The electric guitar is awesome, but it’s all the song really has, sadly. 11. Palmtree Panic JP: I have this song low not because I hate it or how it’s composed, it’s great. The problem is that it’s TOO happy. You could put this in the Good Future and it would fit very well. The Present theme is supposed to strike a balance between all four time zones. There’s nothing wrong with having a more laid-back start to a game. 10.Tidal Tempest US: I love this song a lot. It’s a nice funky groove and has the best vocals of the US tracks (not counting Sonic Boom). But compared to the songs I have above it, it’s a tad lacking. 9. Collision Chaos US: This one fits way better than you might think. It emphasizes how bizarre the location is and adds tension to the moment Metal Sonic kidnaps Amy. If you never saw the Bad Future of Palmtree Panic, this is your wake-up call that this planet is eerie and mysterious, warning you to stay on your guard as you proceed. 8. Metallic Madness JP: This song certainly suits a final confrontation, with just the right amount of intensity to excite you for the end. However, it doesn’t really work with the stage design, as it’s nowhere near as frantic as the likes of Scrap Brain from Sonic 1. That part near the end is a little bit too creepy as well. 7. Stardust Speedway US: Sonic’s pursuit of Eggman and Metal Sonic brings him to a galactic highway, and this atmospheric piece sets the mood perfectly. One part relaxing, one part serious, you know you’re nearing the end of your journey when you hear this track! 6. Stardust Speedway JP: Whereas the US version focused on the climatic space environment, this one is more down-to-earth with a grooving dance party! Given the stage lights going off in the background, it gives it a Hollywood vibe. A very well paced track to go along with the chaotic speed this level packs. 5. Metallic Madness US: This song is supremely underrated. It builds a slow, climactic beat, psyching you up for the final showdown. With Metal Sonic’s defeat, nothing stands between you and Robotnik but a (oddly empty, at least in Act 2) cold fortress of steel. The doctor has nothing left that can stop you, so take him down! 4. Palmtree Panic US: Now THIS is the type of song I expect from a tropical beginner level! An excellent acoustic guitar solo alongside a pleasant song that perfectly suits the Present, not too happy, but chipper and upbeat in all the right ways. 3. Tidal Tempest JP: Easily the best atmospheric song of the bunch, it’s gentle, melodic, and romantic, all with watery echoes that suit the environment. It also mixes really well with the US song! 2. Wacky Workbench US: I can’t tell you how much I love this one. It’s funky, it’s energetic, has excellent vocals, and has just the right amount of an industrial sound! This makes the otherwise annoying zone actually fun imo! 1. Quartz Quadrant JP: Long before I first heard this song, I discovered the Good Future rendition and fell in love with its beautiful, relaxing tunes. That love extends to this version as well. This is the song I think of when people say JP CD Sonic is the best Sonic. It’s adventurous, it’s serene, it’s exciting, it’s inspiring! It balances the happier vibes of the Good Future with the more action-oriented composition, so it’s not unfitting for the Present at all. One of the best song in the whole franchise, for sure!!
Japan Rankings (for me): 7: Stardust Speedway (never found interest in it) 6: Tidal Tempest (It's fits but it's mid) 5: Palmtree Panic (Good but the others are better) 4: Collision Chaos (It's fun to listen to but not the best) 3: Metallic Madness (Metallic Music) 2: Wacky Workbench (it's too good) 1: Quartz Quadrant (first soundtrack that comes to mind)
Here My Rank Off Sonic CD Present Music: 14)Metallic Madness US 13)Collision Chaos US 12)Stardust Speedway US 11)Quartz Quadrant US 10)Palmtree Panic US 9)Wacky Workbench US 8)Tidal Tempest US 7)Quartz Quadrant JP 6)Palmtree Panic JP 5)Tidal Tempest JP 4)Wacky Workbench JP 3)Collision Chaos JP 2)Metallic Madness JP 1)Stardust Speedway JP
Ryan Phillippe this is the perfect list honestly didn't sweat delicious been honestly be compared to its US Car Parts most of it is actually pretty enjoyable and the fact is that the atrocity is that the fourth place of this list is the US version of collision chaos seeing the fact that this is one of the most grimace is songs in the entire us soundtrack of Sonic CD almost second only to it's bad future counterparts and the Boss music it's basically just plain nightmare fuel and that's what most of these higher your American soundtrack is it basically kind of pain original uninteresting boring bring start a lame and extremely creepy to the point where is Nightmare fuel
I may be a fan of the all of the jp tracks but even this tier list is flawed there some bangers on us too like ww ss qq tt and pp you just put all the us tracks on the bottom which is pretty dumb
I dont think I have ever disagreed with a ranking list as much as with this one. Nothing bad about it dont get me wrong but I just found interesting how different your opinions are.

It's been a long... Well, since I have nothing to do, I'm gonna rank this songs: 14. US Tidal Tempest - Don't get me wrong! This is a good song! But, I think it doesn't suit the level at all, It does! But not at all 13. US Collision Chaos - While it fits the level, it doesn't sound that enjoyable compared to the JP version You better don't launch any hate comments on the next one! 😑... 12. JP Quartz Quadrant - I gotta admit! This is a very good song! Why it's ranked #12? Ok, this may sound stupid! But, I prefer the US version, because this one can get repetitive some times 11. US Wacky Workbench - It's a bit hard to say it, but I think this one is kinda boring but fitting for the level! 10. JP Collision Chaos - Bouncy and enjoyable! Very fitting for the level! But I think it's kinda dull 9. JP Tidal Tempest - Relaxing and watery! And that piano intro is very good! But I actually think is a bit uninteresting 8. US Palmtree Panic - Very fitting for the first level! It's also very well mastered with that acoustic guitar on the middle! But I think the JP version is better 7. JP Palmtree Panic - Cheerful and fitting for the first level! Very well mastered! But I think it shouldn't be that cheerful because that makes it sound like a Good Future 6. JP Stardust Speedway - Funky and fast-paced! Very fitting for the foreground of the level! But I prefer the US version 5. JP Metallic Madness - Fast paced and Funky! Very fitting for the final level of a Sonic game! It also sounds very good with that rap! 4. JP Wacky Workbench - Crazy and Industrial! Very fitting for the level! Better than the US version 3. US Metallic Madness - Slow paced, Optimistic and Intimidating! Very fitting for a Final Level! 2. US Quartz Quadrant - I honestly prefer this one over the JP version. Because it fits the level in its own way! It sounds industrial, which really suits a Quartz mine! It's unique on its own way and it was a foreshadow of the most recent Sonic songs, which use Electric Guitars! And finally... 1. US Stardust Speedway - What can I say? This one is the most fitting song for Stardust Speedway Present(For me) It's fast paced, angelical, unique and enjoyable! Unlike its Japanese counterpart! This one suits both the "Stardust" and "Speedway" parts of the level because of its fast pace! It's a very awesome song and I wish the people give it the love and recognize it deserves Tell me in the replies your ranking!
14- Metallic Madness US- This One Is Really Weird. I'm Not A Fan Of Most Of The Metallic Madness US Tracks. 13- Tidal Tempest US- Pretty Much Same As The Other. 12- Stardust Speedway US- This Is Weird And Doesn't Fit The Stage. 11- Collison Chaos JP- It's A Nice Catchy Song, Just Not As Good As The US. 10- Wacky Workbench US- Really Nice Song. 9- Wacky Workbench JP- I'm Gonna Get Hate For This, But I Like Wacky Workbench Present JP More Than Present US. Why? It Fits The Stage More. 8-Tidal Tempest JP- It's A Nice Fitting Song I Enjoy. 7- Collison Chaos US- THAT GUITAR AT THE BEGINING 6- Palmtree Panic US- Not Seeing The "Panic", But It's A Good Song. Sounds Like It's For A Level Called Palmtree Peace, Not Palmtree Panic. 5- Stardust Speedway JP- My Not Fit Much For A "Speedway", But It's A Really Catchy Song. 4- Metallic Madness JP- Fit's, Epic, Approved By Me. 3- Quartz Quadrant JP- How Could You Not Like This Song? It Does Sound Like It Would Fit More For Stardust Speedway Present, But That's My Only Concern 2- Quartz Quadrant US- Epic Guitar, Not Much Else To Say. Again More Fitting For Stardust Speedway, But I Love This Song Either Way. 1- Palmtree Panic JP- So Happy. But Not As Good As The Good Future (Which Is My Favorite Track In The Game). MY OPINION Feel Free To Tell Me Yours IN The Replies.
My opinion: *F Tier: Worst of the Worst* *14. Tidal Tempest US: 4.99/10* The worst Sonic CD theme. It's just boring pop music. It oddly fits, but it's just so disappointing compared to the other themes. I still like it because there is *FAR MORE* disappointing music out there. *E Tier: Disappointing* *13. Quartz Quadrant US: 5.1/10* This is the most unfitting song for the American Soundtrack. Seriously, this doesn't fit almost at all. It's just a generic rock session that doesn't have anything to do with the level other than the pun of "it's rock, like Quartz". This is just as disappointing as the Palmtree Panic Japanese Future themes. *12. Tidal Tempest JPN: 5.25/10* I don't care for this song. It's a boring version of the future themes. It fits OK, but it makes the stage bland and boring. Both versions of Tidal Tempest Present remind me of why I don't like the present themes too much overall. They're bland, forgettable, and boring. *C Tier: OK* *11. Wacky Workbench US: 7.4/10* It's very bland, and doesn't fit. It's happy, but kinda annoying sometimes. I like the bassline and the drums though, but that's about it. This is a prime example of a track that I used to LOVE that I now no longer love. *10. Stardust Speedway US: 7.5/10* It's fitting, and very catchy, but it's not too interesting in a positive manner. It's just simply not my type of track, hence, it scores low. All I will say is that it has a good snare drum as per usual of the US Soundtrack, and the bassline was good. Some of the main melody I feel can be remixed to make this track sound so much better. *B Tier: Good* *9. Metallic Madness US: 8.0/10* Fits the final level tone well, and can be very deep with that guitar. I like the kick of industrial sounds at the 37 second mark. It's a respectable US Present them to me. The biggest weakness of this track is it's lacking quality in comparison of it's Japanese counterpart. *8. Stardust Speedway JPN: 8.25/10* Just like the US version, this track fits the level. I like the bassline and the guitar, but this track scores relatively low for a JPN Present theme because it's sometimes really boring and uninteresting like it's American counterpart. *7. Palmtree Panic US: 8.5/10* Just as usual, US Palmtree Panic produces a great track to listen to. For a present theme from the American Soundtrack, I quite like this track. It has a great intro, a great melody, and it fits the first level feel so well. However, it's not as cool as the future themes, so it falls short of the A Tier requirement. *6. Quartz Quadrant JPN: 8.99/10* I love the bassline and the snares. This track is much better than the US version, but it lacks some relevance to me. I don't listen to it much, so it falls short of the A Tier status. *A Tier: Great!* *5. Palmtree Panic JPN: 9.0/10* This track is not as bad as the future themes of JPN Palmtree Panic. I quite enjoy this track in comparison. It has a good melody, good percussion, and it fits the first level feel decently as it's kinda welcoming. It doesn't fit as much as the American Soundtrack, but I'll slightly take it over it due to the sheer jump in quality this track has over the future themes. *4. Collision Chaos US: 9.1/10* I like how psychedelic it is. I like the bongos, and how catchy the song is. It very well fits the stage, especially in Zone 1 when Amy gets captured by Metal Sonic. It's currently my favorite present theme in the American Soundtrack. It's a vast improvement from the future themes, and I think Mark Crew did very well making this track. *3. Collision Chaos JPN: 9.4/10* I really like this track. It very well fits the stage. It moreso fits the city in the background whereas the US version fits the forest in the back, and the oddness of the stage. This track is very upbeat, catchy, and industrial with that machine in the background. I slightly take this over the US track. *S Tier: The Best of the Best* *2. Metallic Madness JPN: 9.5/10* I like the epic, industrial feel this track radiates. The bassline combines with the industrial and mechanical tracks is why I love this track, and why I think it fits better as it suits a factory level well. The lyrics in this track are OK, but it was never why I loved this track so much, and started to realize just how great it is. *1. Wacky Workbench JPN: 9.8/10* The best present theme in the game. It's fitting with the industrial sounds, and despite how repetitive it can be in it's fast-paced nature, it switches things up with backup melodies in the middle. The slamming sounds, and record scratching at the 50 second mark are one of the highs of this track alongside the unused loop and main melody.
@@HyperSonic777 I think Tidal Tempest JP fits the stage super well and listening to it is nice and you can fall asleep to it. As for Wacky Workbench JP it gets repetitive really quickly it would be a C tier for me.
Palmtree panic bad future JP is one of the best soundtracks in the game. Not only is it well composed, it also tells a story within. It uses the piano of the good future soundtrack, uses robotisized cheers from the present and adds a lot of evil technology aspects.
@@Taha_A Disagree. It's easily one of the worst tracks in the game to me. It sounds really off with the execution of the instruments, and it's cluttered. It may be a childhood favorite, but I no longer love that track anymore. And, yes, I'm aware of direction Naofumi Hataya was going with this track, but it's honestly a huge flop in terms of fitting and overall quality in my opinion. Palmtree Panic JPN, with the exception of the present theme, are former childhood favorites tracks of mine that are now some of my least favorite tracks in the game. I'm not a nostalgia blind fool.
Let me sum it up for you guys.(my opinion) JPN PP Present is alright and pretty nice. A b tier for me. Bad future and Good future are BOTH A TIER. Just amazing! Past is meh. JPN CC present is really good and fits a close a for me as the 2011 loop is just perfect. Past is A and the Good future is S. Bad future is good but not amazing. Tidal tempest can burn for how forgettable it is. But the bad future theme forgives all that and is S. Quartz Quadrant is perfect as the whole zone is S. The future themes are amazing along with the nostalgic, upbeat , calm, feeling of the past theme. Wacky workbench is memorable for the past theme and the bad future are both S tier. The present is b and Good future c tier Stardust speedway is well known for the future themes as the present and past themes are pretty forgettable. A tier. Metallic madness is amazing. Past, present and Good future are S tier. PERIOD. but bad future is b
14: quarts quadrant us (forgettable and boring guitar) 13:tidal tempest us (creepy voices and they sound quiet compare to the song) 12: collision chaos us (calm but dosent have the rights to sound like a casino) 11:metallic madness us (metallic but is super frogettable and ding sounds are creepy) 10:wacky workbench jp (dosent sound wacky) 9:stardust speedway us (dosen't sound like a speedway) 8:metallic madness jp (dosent sound like eggman otherwise it's great) 7:collision chaos jp (fits a bad future but casino themed) 6:plamatree panic us (great sounds and finally not forgettable ) 5: plamtree panic jp (happy and amazing) 4:stardust speedway jp (REACH FOR THE STARS sounds like you live in a star) 3:wacky workbench us (wacky) 2:quarts quadrant jp (fun sounds and good) 1:tidal tempest jp (calm, mystic and sounds like water in the background) My opinion Extras: ???:original plamatree panic us (sounds like the time travel sound) 0: remix stardust speedway us (sounds like the best remix of Jun sourone vs: Clach Clach)
Although wacky workbench us is a banger, it doesn’t fit the level. Wacky workbench jp sounds more mechanical and intense which sets you up for the pain your going to go through. Meanwhile wacky workbench us sounds to positive for a industrial hellhole (as well as a bad level) and doesn’t sound mechanical enough.
since im hella bored ima rank my songs to even though like 10 people in the comments section has done this already 14#MM US i dont like this song, something just sounds wrong and sounds to uplifting for a eggman base. ik what there were going for but idk just dont like it 13#TT US yawn its boring and lame although it kinda fits i guess 12#TT JP its better than the US one but its still boring so yeah 11#PP US its just ok 10#CC JP its pretty good but compared to the other tracks it doesnt hold up 9#WW US i like it but it doesnt fit the stage at ALL 8#CC US it may not fit the stage as much but is way better than the JP one 7#SS US its a great song but so is every thing above it so 6#PP JP every sonic song ever i compare to this song its just a good song to compare to most things with how much it does right 5#WW JP i like the funk a lot and its wacky nature fits the stage 4#SS JP this is a great song and perfectly fits the stage but it just a little off from my top 3 3#QQ US this was the birth of modern sonic music with its use of the guitar and style, doesnt fit the stage that well but its too good to care 2#MM this is the best final zone music in all of sonic. it perfectly fits how crazy and dangerous the stage feels 1#QQ JP one of if not my favorite song in all of sonic heck all of GAMING its that good so yea thats my opinion and it is 100% fact and any other opinion is dumb and wrong and deserves to be laughed at for the rest of eternity
also if u dont know the initials for the zones then PP=Palmtree Panic CC=Colision Chaos TT=Tidal Tempest QQ=Quartz Quadrant WW=Wacky Workbench SS=Stardust Speedway MM=Metallic Madness Idk why i wrote this
Honestly I have to ask why is the US version of Kush & Chaos at The Ford Place in the list your birthday Japanese car park is far too grin for present music I bet there's something more special to you the American version Collision chaos Japanese version I have to ask what makes the American version of collision chaos opening the Japanese version that is sick numbers I had of it during the fact of the American version Collision chaos is what soundtracks in the US it was version of Sonic CD that is a little to grim for its own good
@@squiddyface4760 I meant to say Collision chaos it's this thing that allows you to speak the words on your keyboard instead of typing it's really useful but the same time is really stupid because it puts in the wrong words when someone is talking into it it's just as stupid and frustrating as it is helpful
Can you let me breath a little? And it is their opinions, I also ask that too maybeee bacause 90s rocks? Or eh..? Let me think about it- 🤔 And adds some “,” or “.” So that I could breath, just a little?
@@luckyqstar3873 yeah but honestly I don't know how they were able to decide to use an eerie and kind of medicine tune for the present of cushion chaos in in the American soundtrack the bad future was a bit more menacing through to the final boss of the game as well but honestly could use something else
I have a lot of nostalgia towards it i think of classic amy with this theme, looking back I like how they decided to go a POV of how abstract the place is and does make me think of how gambling is like IRL hence I think the sad tone fits in what they were trying to do. US OST seems to be more musically intellegent than JP
Huh, I think here our opinions are the most different... #14 Tidal Tempest US: What can I say? This song just sucks. It's shallow and incredibly annoying. 1/10 #13 Metallic Madness US: The samples here are just so annoying. This extends to all the US versions. 2/10 #12 Palmtree Panic US: Bland and with annoying dish clattering noises. It just doesn't make me care (which the first level theme definitely should do). 2/10 #11 Quartz Quadrant US: Beyond boring. Nothing happens or changes during the entire song. Also, jarring and unnecassary vocals. 2,5/10 #10 Stardust Speedway US: Just like the previous one, it's extremely uninteresting. It doesn't conway anything. 3/10 #9 Collision Chaos US: This song is just disturbing. It makes me really uneasy and quite depressed. It doesn't fit the level at all. I'm putting it here since at least it's interesting. 3/10 #8 Wacky Workbench US: The best of the US Present tracks but I still don't like it much. It's quite boring and the vocals are irritating. 4/10 #7 Quartz Quadrant JP/EU: A bit weak compared to others but still a great listen! It brings a lot of presonality! 7/10 #6 Collision Chaos JP/EU: In spite of being a bit low on the list I still love it! It's energetic and it fits the level wonderfully (unlike whatever the US version was doing). 8,5/10 #5 Metallic Madness JP/EU: Amazing for the final stage and the place it's set in. Not to mention how great it sounds! 8,5/10 #4 Tidal Tempest JP/EU: A slower track but with noticeable kick to it - and I think it works great. 9/10 #3 Palmtree Panic JP/EU: Now THIS is how you start a game! You should be pulled in rather than just plonked in the spot and expected to care (like the US version does). 9/10 #2 Stardust Speedway JP/EU: Without subtitles I cannot tell what made you put it on the 12th spot.... It's very unique, full of energy and life this stage must have to work! 10/10 #1 Wacky Workbench JP/EU: The bass is just spectacular here - and combined with all other industrial sounds and the composition this song is truly amazing! 10/10
No comment on each? What a rip
hi
yeah i was really enjoying on what he thought on each part of every song :(
My top 3 favorites:
I like the stardust speedway Present US Theme because it’s really accurate to what’s happening around you instead of the background which is what the JP Version does…
No offence though….
Kinda loses the point/fun without your comments and opinions of each song...
Exactly lol I’d just search sonic cd ost if I wanted to just listen to the music lol
To be fair, he is only ranking them. Ranking is literally the definition of what he was doing in this video.
And it loses the points for ranking cause of how they fit the stage there really is no point of ranking songs cause how they fit the stage
Yes, you should _reupload_ it, this time with your comments/opinions😊
Although I do respect what you think about all of the music (and I do agree on some) but I have no clue on why you put Stardust Speedway JP so low.
With how the music went, its an actually fun thing to listen to and lighten the mood. I would say it also fits whats going on with the Background and the zone itself. You hear screaming trumpets in it, while the speedway roads are made of trumpets. It’s genius. Plus it just GIVES you the feels of a speedway overall. It just fits running around there in a big, bright starry city. They hit it right for me.
I mean I don’t really like the present version. It’s very chaotic with lots of samples. The other versions are good
specially against the us version, i really think the jp version is better
He put stardust speedway JP pretty low in the bad future one too, I think he might just not like how it sounds, which is fine IG
Yeah I like the "hey hey!" and meatals "get down!"
I love this theme such high octane don’t know it’s so low and the ending of track is perfect this track is a master piece
Quartz Quadrant
The best zone
Bro is a winner
The Present is supposed to strike a balance between the time zones, not be as happy as the Present. Quartz Quadrant works because it’s composed differently from its own GF.
I meant the Present shouldn’t be as happy as the Good Future.
USA:
#7 Quartz Quadrant - Guitars... just that. And the vocals, this time, I didn't liked that.
#6 Palmtree Panic - I don't like PPz tracks from both versions, but this one I like.
#5 Collision Chaos - It fits the level, so natural.
#4 Metallic Madness - It fits the level, I like this one.
#3 Stardust Speedway - This one feels like running through empty streets at midnight
#2 Tidal Tempest - You all probably hate this track but I really love it, sue me.
#1 Wacky Workbench - This stage has no bad music. PERFECT.
JAP
#7 Palmtree Panic - Again, I hate PPz music.
Vocals enhanced it Imo and probably my favorite tbh
JP present Stardust and Quartz are some of the best CD tracks period
@@Dilliferd but the us version tho...
NO I WONT SUE YOU FOR US TIDAL TEMPEST US
@@soaringstars314 US Stardust present is pretty good, I will say that. US Stardurst Speedway is great overall to be honest, and arguably more fitting. But US Quartz Quadrant is pretty meh, best is Bad Future yet I think that's still somewhat milquetoast
The absolute sacrilege of putting Stardust Speedway Present on #12. Even Satan would be concerned
Tidal Tempest US is awesome, actually is one of the best songs from the US soundtrack.
Facts. Back then before i enjoyed us tidal tempest was the only one I liked and i still LOVE it to this day
I love the yabadabadoo part
@@legendarygaming2162 i love the depressing sounding part near the end and the similar sounding part without vocals and water drop sound effects
But it does not fit in
Lol idc if a stage theme doesn't fit the stage fucking hate when people dislike a stage's theme because it doesn't fit it just enjoy the music

3:Metalic Madness: Un temazo andante

1. Stardust Speedway US
Thank you for putting Stardust Speedway US high up I love it
I’m surprised the comments aren’t commissioning to burn your house down for where you placed Stardust Speedway JP.
Tbh tidal tempest US gets bonus points for sounding calming especially with the vocals. Its jazzy and makes you feel relaxed. It's overhated
My rankings and why
14. Collision chaos US (its too dark for a present theme. I think the good future variant sounds like more of a present theme..)
13. Quartz quadrant US (this would have fit better for collision chaos more but its the right energy for a present theme.)
12. JP palmtree panic (now based on how low this is i dont hate it. Quite the opposite actually. I'd say its glaring issue is that it's way too cheerful for a present theme. Stardust speedwayJP present learned that lession with the more melancholic section)
11. US metallic madness (my problem is it's got the metallic part down but not the madness part down.)
10. US wacky workbench (this and number 9 are fairly interchangeable. I think its fun to listen too but forgets its a chaotic fun factory.)
9. JP wacky workbench (its nice to jam too and fits its theme.)
8. Stardust speedway US (one word sticks out to me here. Fast. However it doesn't capture the big city element you can see in the background. Its good but i wanted more)
7. Tidal tempest US (after listening to it. I think the vocals could reference ghosts due to the place looking like it was at some point a city above water till it sunk.)
6. Tidal tempest JP (it's missing the element its US counterpart has)
5. Quartz quadrant JP (its iconic and the shatter effects complement the mine theme.)
4. Collision chaos JP (id willingly listen to this no matter what. Sounds fun and retro arcade.)
3. Metallic madness JP (rap.. thats all i have to say)
2. Palmtree panic US (sounds festive without going overboard)
1. Stardust speedway JP (why else would mania remix it? Its so good! Even the melancholic bit, the city vibe, the catchy music, its got every element of a good sonic level.)
For me. Tidal Tempest US is great, his instrumental is relaxing and fits good on the stage, voice is also very nice and fits good
When I first heard of Metallic Madness US, it sounds like Sonic is on his way to Metallic Madness and the JP version is when he actually arrives. I don't know. It just feels like that to me.
I think the US version almost sounds more like a Tails version for the level theme. I just can’t imagine Sonic approaching the place with that much dread. The Japanese version definitely fits for Sonic busting into the place and causing havoc though.
me as well
I think it's more like the other way around.
You finally did it
This is pretty good but I don't like that you put tidal tempest us dead last there are other tracks way worse than that like collision chaos us it's still a good track but gets pretty fucking boring real quick
@@llamaninja3393 the reason why is because tt us doesn't fit a water level
i honestly belive stardust speedway JP is so low because of his liking for the track, i belive it fits the stage perfectly.
@Jt'sRoboBlast hue zone
The problem of JP Stardust Speedway is the voice
@Jt'sRoboBlast isn’t that most of CD’s OST tho?
Welp bonus again :
My top 3 favorites(disclaimer:controvesial)
1-Quartz Quadrant JP
2-Wacky Workbench JP
3-Stardust Speedway JP
Can we have a version with text though

So, what was the point of this video if you couldn't even bother putting reasons for each of your rankings? With the other two ranking videos, I didn't agree with your lists, but at least you provided reasons to explain your stances. W ranking, these us fans going wild nowadays.
This is definetly biased! You put all the US songs below the JP songs! That's hypocrit!
US Soundtrack- Satam and archie comics canon
JP- Sonic X and Sega Sonic Games canon.
Ok your opinion isn't wrong 🙂

What happned to the comments? They where fun...
My favorite: Tidal Tempest JP 5:56
It's been a long... Well, since I have nothing to do, I'm gonna rank this songs:
14. US Tidal Tempest - Don't get me wrong! This is a good song! But, I think it doesn't suit the level at all, It does! But not at all
13. US Collision Chaos - While it fits the level, it doesn't sound that enjoyable compared to the JP version
You better don't launch any hate comments on the next one! 😑...
12. JP Quartz Quadrant - I gotta admit! This is a very good song! Why it's ranked #12? Ok, this may sound stupid! But, I prefer the US version, because this one can get repetitive some times
11. US Wacky Workbench - It's a bit hard to say it, but I think this one is kinda boring but fitting for the level!
10. JP Collision Chaos - Bouncy and enjoyable! Very fitting for the level! But I think it's kinda dull
9. JP Tidal Tempest - Relaxing and watery! And that piano intro is very good! But I actually think is a bit uninteresting
8. US Palmtree Panic - Very fitting for the first level! It's also very well mastered with that acoustic guitar on the middle! But I think the JP version is better
7. JP Palmtree Panic - Cheerful and fitting for the first level! Very well mastered! But I think it shouldn't be that cheerful because that makes it sound like a Good Future
6. JP Stardust Speedway - Funky and fast-paced! Very fitting for the foreground of the level! But I prefer the US version
5. JP Metallic Madness - Fast paced and Funky! Very fitting for the final level of a Sonic game! It also sounds very good with that rap!
4. JP Wacky Workbench - Crazy and Industrial! Very fitting for the level! Better than the US version
It's a very awesome song and I wish the people give it the love and recognize it deserves

7- Collison Chaos US- THAT GUITAR AT THE BEGINING
6- Palmtree Panic US- Not Seeing The "Panic", But It's A Good Song.
It Does Sound Like It Would Fit More For Stardust Speedway Present, But That's My Only Concern
2- Quartz Quadrant US- Epic Guitar, Not Much Else To Say. Again More Fitting For Stardust Speedway, But I Love This Song Either Way.
1- Palmtree Panic JP- So Happy. But Not As Good As The Good Future (Which Is My Favorite Track In The Game).

What Happened to The Past musics ranking?
Palmtree Panic and Tidal Tempest US versions are great and shouldn't have been so low!
I see lots of unpopular opinions here, but I'd be happy if you offered a bit of explanation to them :)
My opinion:
*F Tier: Worst of the Worst*
*14. Tidal Tempest US: 4.99/10*
The worst Sonic CD theme. It's just boring pop music. It oddly fits, but it's just so disappointing compared to the other themes. I still like it because there is *FAR MORE* disappointing music out there.
*E Tier: Disappointing*
*13. Quartz Quadrant US: 5.1/10*
This is the most unfitting song for the American Soundtrack. Seriously, this doesn't fit almost at all. It's just a generic rock session that doesn't have anything to do with the level other than the pun of "it's rock, like Quartz". This is just as disappointing as the Palmtree Panic Japanese Future themes.
*12. Tidal Tempest JPN: 5.25/10*
I don't care for this song. It's a boring version of the future themes. It fits OK, but it makes the stage bland and boring. Both versions of Tidal Tempest Present remind me of why I don't like the present themes too much overall. They're bland, forgettable, and boring.
*C Tier: OK*
*11. Wacky Workbench US: 7.4/10*
It's very bland, and doesn't fit. It's happy, but kinda annoying sometimes. I like the bassline and the drums though, but that's about it. This is a prime example of a track that I used to LOVE that I now no longer love.
*10. Stardust Speedway US: 7.5/10*
It's fitting, and very catchy, but it's not too interesting in a positive manner. It's just simply not my type of track, hence, it scores low. All I will say is that it has a good snare drum as per usual of the US Soundtrack, and the bassline was good. Some of the main melody I feel can be remixed to make this track sound so much better.
*B Tier: Good*
*9. Metallic Madness US: 8.0/10*
Fits the final level tone well, and can be very deep with that guitar. I like the kick of industrial sounds at the 37 second mark. It's a respectable US Present them to me. The biggest weakness of this track is it's lacking quality in comparison of it's Japanese counterpart.
*8. Stardust Speedway JPN: 8.25/10*
Just like the US version, this track fits the level. I like the bassline and the guitar, but this track scores relatively low for a JPN Present theme because it's sometimes really boring and uninteresting like it's American counterpart.
*7. Palmtree Panic US: 8.5/10*
Just as usual, US Palmtree Panic produces a great track to listen to. For a present theme from the American Soundtrack, I quite like this track. It has a great intro, a great melody, and it fits the first level feel so well. However, it's not as cool as the future themes, so it falls short of the A Tier requirement.
*6. Quartz Quadrant JPN: 8.99/10*
I love the bassline and the snares. This track is much better than the US version, but it lacks some relevance to me. I don't listen to it much, so it falls short of the A Tier status.
*A Tier: Great!*
*5. Palmtree Panic JPN: 9.0/10*
This track is not as bad as the future themes of JPN Palmtree Panic. I quite enjoy this track in comparison. It has a good melody, good percussion, and it fits the first level feel decently as it's kinda welcoming. It doesn't fit as much as the American Soundtrack, but I'll slightly take it over it due to the sheer jump in quality this track has over the future themes.
*4. Collision Chaos US: 9.1/10*
I like how psychedelic it is.
*3. Collision Chaos JPN: 9.4/10*
I really like this track. It very well fits the stage. It moreso fits the city in the background whereas the US version fits the forest in the back, and the oddness of the stage. This track is very upbeat, catchy, and industrial with that machine in the background. I slightly take this over the US track.
*S Tier: The Best of the Best*
*2. Metallic Madness JPN: 9.5/10*
I like the epic, industrial feel this track radiates. The bassline combines with the industrial and mechanical tracks is why I love this track, and why I think it fits better as it suits a factory level well. The lyrics in this track are OK, but it was never why I loved this track so much, and started to realize just how great it is.
*1. Wacky Workbench JPN: 9.8/10*
The best present theme in the game. It's fitting with the industrial sounds, and despite how repetitive it can be in it's fast-paced nature, it switches things up with backup melodies in the middle. The slamming sounds, and record scratching at the 50 second mark are one of the highs of this track alongside the unused loop and main melody.
I agree with everything except for the Tidal Tempest JP and Wacky Workbench JP Rankings.
@@clichayed Explain what you mean by this.

The present is b and Good future c tier

Or eh..? Let me think about it- 🤔
And adds some “,” or “.” So that I could breath, just a little?
@@luckyqstar3873 yeah but honestly I don't know how they were able to decide to use an eerie and kind of medicine tune for the present of cushion chaos in in the American soundtrack the bad future was a bit more menacing through to the final boss of the game as well but honestly could use something else
Somebody had a stroke.
@@joshuacanales6419 Have you ever heard of using periods? Kind of important to use them.
never rate again bro
I my opinion Collision Chaos US was the worst
Why?
@@nilixstar830 I just don't like how it sounds
@@RandomFella745 Ok, if you say so.
@@RandomFella745 yeah, me too. But it's not a bad song
#13 Metallic Madness US: The samples here are just so annoying. This extends to all the US versions. 2/10
#12 Palmtree Panic US: Bland and with annoying dish clattering noises. It just doesn't make me care (which the first level theme definitely should do). 2/10
#11 Quartz Quadrant US: Beyond boring. Nothing happens or changes during the entire song. Also, jarring and unnecassary vocals. 2,5/10
#10 Stardust Speedway US: Just like the previous one, it's extremely uninteresting. It doesn't conway anything. 3/10
#9 Collision Chaos US: This song is just disturbing. It makes me really uneasy and quite depressed. It doesn't fit the level at all. I'm putting it here since at least it's interesting. 3/10
#8 Wacky Workbench US: The best of the US Present tracks but I still don't like it much. It's quite boring and the vocals are irritating. 4/10
#7 Quartz Quadrant JP/EU: A bit weak compared to others but still a great listen! It brings a lot of presonality! 7/10
#6 Collision Chaos JP/EU: In spite of being a bit low on the list I still love it! It's energetic and it fits the level wonderfully (unlike whatever the US version was doing). 8,5/10
#5 Metallic Madness JP/EU: Amazing for the final stage and the place it's set in. Not to mention how great it sounds! 8,5/10
#4 Tidal Tempest JP/EU: A slower track but with noticeable kick to it - and I think it works great. 9/10
#3 Palmtree Panic JP/EU: Now THIS is how you start a game! You should be pulled in rather than just plonked in the spot and expected to care (like the US version does). 9/10
#2 Stardust Speedway JP/EU: Without subtitles I cannot tell what made you put it on the 12th spot.... It's very unique, full of energy and life this stage must have to work! 10/10
#1 Wacky Workbench JP/EU: The bass is just spectacular here - and combined with all other industrial sounds and the composition this song is truly amazing! 10/10
May I suggest therapy?
Agree
Funny how you put every single us theme last while every jp theme you put over them
@@MrBlitzardo21 Honestly, there isn't a US track I like more than its JP/EU counterpart. Personal preference :P
