      I was homeschooled my entire time as a kid, my parents had recently blocked me from using my phone and laptop and every other electronic in the house and I couldn’t leave to hang out anywhere either. This was all because they found out I was in a long distance relationship (that situation has multiple stories of its own, me and her lasted only a day but we’re still close homies.)
      I did all my school papers on that laptop, but because I had it taken away I had to had handwrite my paper. I was up late af working on it and it wasn’t ever good enough. The last time I gave it to her she told me it was horrible and my handwriting was terrible, kept comparing me to others and saying I was worse than a toddler (note that literally every other time I’ve had to write in public and finally did classes with other students I was told I had great handwriting and was way smarter than I lived my life hearing.) and told me to do it over. It was about 1 am by this time, I heard her say all that bs and I go “I’ll fuckin finish it tomorrow then cause Its late”. After that my mum got up and started to swing towards me so I grabbed her wrists and resisted, she pulled me off my chair and fell backwards and yelled “you fucking pushed me!” Got up and tried kicking me, but missed, then grabbed a tote and threw it at me. My dad called right after and she put on this whole sobstory about how I was swearing at her and hit her, I shout “I ain’t do shit you’re the one that insulted me and put your hand to my face, I blocked and you fell over.” My dad bein the cocksucker he is just ignores everything I had to say and listens to her word only (well… only when she’s starting problems with the kids, any other time they hate each other.)

    • @Masked_SVincent
      @Masked_SVincent ปีที่แล้ว

      @@kyawzsilta1258 doin my best too fs, for a while last year I had been kicked out, had no money, and both of the cars I bought ended up breaking down (one caught on fire cause the wires were messed up and it had a coolant leak the dealership didn’t tell us about.), I literally lived in a shed with my homie and even through all that bs I was still happier than when I was at my parents.
      I got kicked out of the shed after 3 months though, and, despite my parents constantly telling me I was doing nothing with my life and needing to move out, they told me “this isn’t smart you need to come live with us again”. I didn’t really have much of a choice since winter was coming and im not in a state where you’d want to be homeless in the winter with very thin jackets.
      So currently I’m back at my parents again, they’ve realized I won’t tolerate their disrespect anymore or be dictated so they kinda just leaves me be (mostly). My mum is trying to act all buddy buddy now after she realized my dad is/was highly toxic. But the moment they got back to “good terms” (I swear she’s threatened divorce like 9 times already, but she’s being petty and wants him to put the papers on the table.) she went back to how she was, only now she puts on a fake smile and welcoming attitude. At first I thought it was genuine and I tried to give multiple chances (even tho a therapist I had for awhile told me I really shouldn’t keep in contact with them), but I was proven wrong over and over so I don’t trust anything she says now. My dad at this point knows he’s dead to me. That sounds kinda harsh Fr, but as a kid I’d only see him for 2 days out of a week and then he’d be gone for months on end for work, when he was around he was yelling about something, tossing shit at us, or breaking our items. My brother for a long while had everything stripped from his room and he only had a blanket and maybe a pillow on the ground. He started to come around the house more frequently once I turned 19 and was actually living here for about 6 months wanting to do that “good ol father son stuff”, but by that point I had zero interest.
      My mum was mean as hell and toxic, but she was also the one trying to raise 3 kids by herself, my dad just sent her paychecks so I give her props where it’s due, but it doesn’t excuse all those years of neglect.
      I’ll be moving in with my brother and his roommates here soon tho 👍. recently started a new job as a security gaurd ( last one was abusive af and kept cutting our hours while forcing those that they hand picked to stay to do double the labor. I’ve worked for Amazon 2 times so far and each one has been my personal hell.), we’re slowly getting back on our feet.

    Bro I cannot explain to you how accurate this is to my experience as a kid growing up. This happened to me once, OVER WASHING DISHES. I blocked her beating, and she told everyone “I put my hands on her”. That hurt me deeply, cuz I was only like 13 and never would put my hands on a woman. I knew that beating was unwarranted though. It was hard to forgive her for spreading that false narrative about me😢.

    Ah. I also remember the last day my mom whooped me. Was in the 8th grade for being a few minutes late for school (an extremely rare occurrence for me). She was hitting me on my way trying to get to the door to leave, and idunno what came over me…but I just…started laughing. I realize now it’s because after so many whoopins, they start to lose their effect and didn’t hurt as much anymore. Didn’t hurt that was about the year I got bigger than my mom too. Will never forget the look on her face when I laughed.
    So there’s something to try for those of you still getting whoopins for stupid little reasons. Laugh, stand there straight faced, do (or don’t do) whatever to show them that it doesn’t phase you. Might help. They want a reaction….that’s why they do it…they want to take their anger out on you and to wreck you emotionally at that moment in time so you outwardly feel like shit too, in retaliation for what you did (or didn’t do). If you don’t give them that…then most likely they won’t see the point in doing it anymore. It’s often not about discipline or “for your own good”. It’s about their own emotional immaturity.

She said "Oh you wanna block shit now?" So she told me keep my hands at my side and to come closer. She punched me so hard in the chest I fell back and hit my back against the corner end of my bedframe. I was 15 years old, on the ground, coughing and wheezing at the same time!
