What makes a good leader? IBOs Terry & Lorri Taylor started in the Amway business right after their marriage, and shortly had 4 children. Their commitment not only to their family, but also making decisions that benefit all IBOs in their group as opposed to only worrying about their own best interests shows their tremendous leadership quality.
Unfortunately, Terry & Lorri’s home burned down and they lost everything. Their positivity showed their children and loved ones that everything was going to be alright, and they built a leadership center on the site of their former home.
Even through recent health declines brought upon by toxic mold found in their new home, Terry and Lorri’s positive outlook on life and being able to see the positive in everything further shows the leadership they bring to the community and shows they are true heroes.
