I totally agree, instant pot beans are heaps better than their canned counter parts. Say do you ever make "mayo" from the chickpea cooking liquid, aka aquafaba? If not Living Free Ashley, here on TH-cam, has my favorite aquafaba mayo recipe. You inspired me to try instant pot quinoa. 😊 You rock! All the best to you!
That little chopper is so cute. I had one for meat that was bigger and I got rid of it. I didnt think about using it for tofu. My hubby and son (meat eaters) love your quinoa taco recipe. 🙂
New subscriber here. These recipes look so good! I've been eating WFPB for 5 1/2 years. I usually add a squeeze of lemon or a sprinkle of lemon pepper to my chickpea salad to brighten up the flavor.
Great video! I'm going to use the instant pot for my quinoa now. Question? did you rinse the quinoa? have been told I need to. And I would have kept the bean cooking liquid. Aquafaba. It freezes great too. Either with the beans or separate like in ice cube trays. I love the smell of cooked black beans too!:)
I was referring to after I freeze the quinoa taco mix and then when I take it out of the freezer and let it thaw out. Then I think it still tastes as good as fresh ...hope that made sense 😁 thanks for watching! 💖
Thanks for watching!!! 🥰

Great idea for dating everything. And yes, mashing the chickpeas prior to adding other ingredients is easier than after adding celery, etc.
I love cooking quinoa in the InstantPot! It's so easy! Thanks for the video, E Bell! 💕
Thanks for watching Laura!!! 💖😁💖

Those jars holding the dried legumes are so cute! I don’t see them in your affiliate list…
You remind me so much of myself! Haha. I use a potato masher on my chickpeas and mash them with a little bit of avocado, then add dill relish & celery

Every time I see your jumbo measuring cup I’m reminded of how badly I want one. I didn’t see an affiliate link for that on your bio. Did I miss it?
What are your freezer containers. Please
When you "unthaw it"?! 🤔

@@BeWellwithEBell Right, I got that but unthaw isn't a proper word. You meant to 'thaw' it. I assumed you just misspoke and missed your funny on that.
@@Living4YHWHgirl chill and quit nitpicking 😂
