I live in Missouri and I am looking for a electric wheelchair for going in my yard, up a 20 degree slope and on other side its even worse more like 40 plus degrees slope. I need one that can help get my freedom back to let me go places I use to get to like go hunting and fishing. I have a house next to a river here in Missouri and its been over 4 years since I have been able to go fishing and same amount of time since I went deer hunting the last time. I just want my life back. I have been stuck inside my house for past 3 plus years straight and only left here when I had to get another surgery or go see my doctors. I need to know what insurance company you except for buying one because I can't pay high amount for one and I need one like in this video, insurance will have to pay the majority of it. That is a steep incline to get up or down in a wheelchair. Most chairs do not recommend going up or down that steep of incline. That is too steep for any chairs that we sell, even the X8. We do not bill any insurance here at Marc's Mobility and this chair is not paid for by insurance since its an outside chair and insurance only pays for chairs that are used inside.
I was given one and have my outdoor independence back. Except mine has auto recline and no assist on back. I absolutely love it. I can use it in my house and I don't live in a mansion.
