Reid KirchenBaur is my favorite Nomad Capitalist character. The Andrew Henderson passport renunciation story arc was fun at first but has grown stale. I want to see KirchenBaur blast a whole bunch of cash into a frontier market ala Michael Burry on some RainMan intuition.
What scares me about Singapore is the massive ratio change of working to retired aged people in the future. In the next 15 years, they're going to have 1/3 more retired people than working aged people. They're a brilliant country, so maybe they overcome this hurdle, but it is not a small issue to overcome.
It’s scary that so many people there are still working in their 80s because they don’t have enough money in their retirement accounts. Unfortunately, their low taxes means there’s no social security net for the lowest earners
A lot of the retired people are moving to Johor. They even have areas catering to the Singaporeans of that age bracket with traditional Singapore style foods. Singapore also has some network hospitals in Johor.
Singapore's economy can't really be measured using normal metrics. Most of their GDP comes from invested wealth or gobal businesses headquartered in Singapore, as opposed to employment income.
what he didn't say is that everyone is running from hong kong to singapore. Nobody in national media is allowed to say that. If you don't know WHY people are leaving hong kong for singapore, you aren't smart enough to be an international investor
Nope. Millionaires are not enough money to live in Singapore unless the person has continuous income source there. I have lived and been working there for 10 years. This is my experience.
l am super excited my financial life has totally changed ever since I ventured into crypto market. Ive been earning over $12,000 every single week. Lol 😊
Loved living in Singapore. I am not super wealthy. I had to have a job (not just for the visa but to pay to live there) and rented a condo. Singapore is a meritocracy … work hard and you will move up.
You are incorrect. Andrew makes money from 7 and 8 figure entrepreneurs. For everyone else its just "marketing" for when they reach the same level and get in touch.
This question just became relevant for me today.
When you invest, you're buying a day you don't have to work
Any specific guide
Investments are stepping stone to SUCCESS, Investing is what create wealth
90% of millionaires right now are investors in the crypto market
Most people venture into crypto currency to be a millionaire meanwhile I just want to be debt free and live comfortably
I agree, I invested in shiba coin and BTC last year and now I am bullish

I should add, Johor is across the river in Malaysia, and the cost of living is much lower.

Singapore is for super wealthy people not the average people who watch this channel. Super wealthy people don't get advice from TH-cam.
youd be surprised

@@infinite1483 Agreed. Wealthy people use the internet too lol.
@@plizak I meant for investor visa purposes not expats working for large corporations. They want at least 50 million to qualify for investors.
