I've slept on the ground under a wool Army blanket and under a plastic tarp, on snow covered ground with just a sleeping bag, in an Army two man tent, in a tent camper in snow, in a heated tar paper cabin, in a truck camper in snow, in a fiberglass pop up camper in snow, in several small canvas wall tents, in a small cabin tent in cold rain, and in a cabin tent with a fly on a wood platform with a wood stove and the most comfortable by far was the canvas cabin tent on a platform. But I have to say, the others taught me a lot about what not to do.
I bet they did!
This is my next move. Just waiting on title transfer of a plot of land. Oh yeah! Can't wait.
Awesome,congratulations and thanks for watching!
She shed for me 😊
So relaxing!!
I love what you have done. So happy I came across your channel. I was going to buy one off these tents from China as there a lot cheaper than Australia. Not anymorre. I will go with the same company you used. Will get there largest tent. Thanks again.

I love my wall tents. So fun . Horrible to put up in Oklahoma wind but fun
Peace and quiet.👍
We put up our wall tent last fall and still love it. We have very humid and hot summers here in Alabama. Not sure of your weather but have you had any issues with mildew on finished wood furniture? We got a little on a futon frame but was easy to remedy. Our worst event this year was birds that built their nests under the rain fly on top of the canvas. Since then I've put out 12 bird houses hoping they like those better.
We've never had issues with mold, it never gets hot and humid for a long enough time for it to be a problem. We do leave the windows open most of the summer to let the breeze through. Thanks again for watching!
We've got similarly shaped stones on our land in OK. Does that outdoor fireplace reflect much heat? I've been thinking about building one.
It does reflect a bunch of heat. We have a large flat stone in the back to help. We usually get a season out of that stone as it starts to break down. There are plenty around here to replace it though. Thanks for watching!
Whats your location? Is there a creek?
How big is the tent?
The tent is 12x12. Thanks for watching!
