Who would one want the SK Ride to level out a monohull during turning? Doesn't make sense to me as the lean helps the mono carve a turn.

All in what some people want. Some prefer the lean into the curves others prefer the flat ride, and seakeeper ride gives them that options.

How many man hours did the installation take?

This install was outside of the normal amount of time due to additional work as well as all the filming. It can range from 1-3 days for an install depending on numerous factors
