We couldn't believe the crowds there were and this happened twice a week in Pai and both times there were 100s of people signed up

I’ll just watched a Thai news about a Thai’s security slapped a foreigner in a club accusing him of stealing a water bottle. Hope you guys appreciate and treat them with respect and kindness those tourists who are like our guest in our house.
The security guard was fired from his job and prosecuted according to the law.

But there are also crooks, be careful of these people. Some places that Thai people respect such as temples, pagodas or ancient sites We want you to respect the place as well. We love to see everyone happy and respectful to each other, when we visit temples across Thailand and other countries we try to inform people of the different ways to be respectful. Like how to dress, covering your shoulders/knees etc and being silent at religious sites. It is important that tourists respect Thai people as tourists are always welcomed with a big smile and kindness. We need to do the same in return 💛

As a Thai person, it is so amazing. This is my first time seeing many backpackers in one place. How could you find this place? I bet very few Thai people trying this activity before.
ส่วนมากพวกเราชอบจับกลุ่มเล่นน้ำตามลำคลอง หรือสถานที่ที่มีริมแม่น้ำ บางทีก็มีการปิคนิค อยู่เป็นประจำถ้ามีโอกาส โดยเฉพาะช่วงหน้าร้อน...แต่ไม่ได้จับกลุ่มเยอะขนาดนี้ถือเป็นกิจกรรมที่ดีเยี่ยม สนุกมากเลย
เด็กไทยแทบทุกคน โดยเฉพาะในชนบท ทำกิจกรรมนี้ค่ะ
ริมตลิ่งต้องเอาพวกกิ่งไม้แหลมออกนักท่องเที่ยวจะได้ไม่เกิดอันตรายแม้จะเล็กน้อยก็ตาม.ทุกคนกลับเป็นเด็กน่ารักมากๆ
As a local, I never tried this in Pai but in the canal near my house in Bangkok when I was young. So much fun.
