Feedback for improvement, your videos lack information, do some homework before showing flats & apartments in society, talk about society overall size, covered area, open area, number of total towers, apartment size & price, unless you dont provide a complete holistic view of a any society how will a buyer choose the flat. Just by showing flat in any society is not good enough provide details that help to take decision.

What would be ideal for a budget of upto 1 in Gurgaon.. Builder floor or flat.. Need good quality of interior, good ventilation and lot of natural light, water supply and security. . Dont want to look at outskirts and far away sectors. . Ok with a smaller size if kitchen and balcony space is good...do builder floors guarantee parking space, water supply and security..?

Atleast give some basic information about the apartment and the kind of apartments available in the society.
