Going back to this comment Musi: I recorded it in 4K60 and PFA's window size was 720P because those that have the internet connection and computer to do 4K60 can allow the bitrate to increase leading to an overall video appearance.
@カータビア The video is 4K60. The option is there and the bitrate is also there as well as it was upscaled so the bitrate is there for whomever wants to choose it.
