Really like these quick videos. The longer in depth videos are very helpful, but it's refreshing to have a simple drill to liven up a range session.

Really like this drill. Used it as a swing thought on the course today and hit it well.

Now this makes sense to me! I keep seeing the drills where u hold something under your arm and try to keep it there. I don't understand how those wouldn't result in losing depth and/or coming too far inside on the backswing. Thanks!

High hands on backswing. One of the greatest lessons I’ve learned on the golf swing.

Hi I’m a left handed player with limited flexibility in my left wrist, can I still create a good golf swing with less flexibility in my wrist.

Shaun, I played the Space Coast Tour, Florida Tour in 1987. I still remember looking down the driving range watching everyone there using rubber medical tubing strapped around our upper arms. Since finding you and mike I’ve changed completely my thoughts and drills. My ball striking is the best it’s ever been. I’m working on the shoulder extension you guys teach. This has increased my ball speed and accuracy. My swing now feels freed up!

Fantastic! I wanted to let you know that your podcast on “The Magic in the Middle” was amazing! Took me 4 times to listen to understand what you were saying but I went out and the move you’re talking about changed my swing forever. I get it now! Shallowing is easy and I had the most solid contact I’ve had maybe ever. Amazing stuff guys! Appreciate you.
Btw, if I want to come for an in person lesson, could I and what are the details? Thanks!!!

Wow! It's like you've been secretly watching me hit balls. This is by far my number one issue. My upper right arm glued to my side. The hidden fault, I've discovered via about 5,000 balls is that this terrible right arm position will inhibit rotation!

Dang, you guys made the 3D mannequin guy look like a more jacked version of Shaun. Technology is awesome!
    LOL - great clip.

As Kyle Berkshire says, high hands = more speed. Love this as sometimes I would get too flat on the downswing and some from the inside too much. Rope hook city.

It's true. Even though you still can achieve high speed with lower hands, as Rory does. But he also said he's working on getting more vertical these days.

Makes sense - You want to start the swing with everything connected but stretch out for power and flow.

Confusing. Hogan’s book and many others tell us to keep both upper arms glued to our chest.

it can be confusing if you follow too many conflicting ideas

It's so funny...I have a net at home and this morning I was making short swings hitting shots with eyes closed trying to feel my hands not "adding". I found that when I had some "air" under my right arm, there was no convulsive adding in my hands. I hit shot after shot right on the screws. Tucking worked for Mr Hogan... Not me 😂😂
