You are right, I should have. Looks like you just pull the crown out one position, and the second hand will move to your current set time zone. Then rotate the crown and the second hand will move to the next time zone and the hour and minute hand will move accordingly.

Love this watch, but anyone referring to it as a blue dial is exaggerating. As you can see in the video the only blue portion is the world graphic, and that is not easy to see in most settings. This is basically a black dial with a small hint of blue.
@@WrongTimeWatch I decided to buy one because I own the black dial version and it’s the perfect metal watch for my wrist size and taste. But, I was unpleasantly surprised to see the lack of blue. Regardless, it’s still a great looking watch and the “blue” one will be great for swapping bands. I really think these Citizen BX1000 watches were underrated.
