@@RascalEd-hw6yw Daily record may include: Productions , works done in every field by whom and how. ( exp: Employee A has done all the task you assigned to him ( a listed task), has he done it well , at what time he left the job. Daily task like productions, cleaning , feeding, accounting, all the small event occurred during the day).
In order to accomplish all the task , you have to be organised. Check on internet how to manage your time with help of Daily organizer. Do you know Franklyn daily time management? learn from it.

INSURANCE is a must!!! For farmers if one can afford it!!!!
Why shouldnt the grass reach the chicken house?!
I heard that if you hire family members they will not steal from you.
They will be thankful and work hard to help you build your business.
As your business grows they will all be proud of you and your achievements.

My personal experience is that close relatives ( brothers and their wives, sisters and their husbands, nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles, grandparents as well as some friends ) are the ones who will be jealous of your success.They are the ones to make you broke.
