I heard about UP trying to arrest people for going up the right of way to Mossbrae Falls. What I heard was that the local prosecutor refused to press charges on anyone and ordered the railroad police not to bring simple trespass charges into his office meaning you had to be doing something else other than simply walking along the right of way. Eventually the issue was dropped but I never returned to this area after that and retired the video camera at the same time.
