The hotel is steps from the beach and I loved having the jacuzzi tub on the balcony and the view from the upper floors is amazing. It was nice having the sister resort next door to enjoy as well, 2 resorts in one. Going back in December

Are the restaurants and lobby bar air-conditioned?
Yes, they are all inside and air-conditioned . There is also an outdoor dining area that is covered.
The spa circuit is included at no extra charge? And I assume treatments are all extra? I appreciate you showing that portion of the video, first mention or video of it that I've seen. Thanks.
You receive one free visit to the spa per stay per person. You can also go for free if you get a massage or other treatment. The spa is located in the Iberostar selection next door, you have access to everything there.

No, only for coral level guests
crazy question, but do they have elevators at this building? Their website said they don't.
Yes, two elevators in the center of the lobby.

Check out the RIU Palace Las Americas, another favorite adults only resort in Cancun that is more quiet and has a nice beach. I have a video on my channel.
