Nice build I have a 15 silverado going with this look have the 6" front fender on just started doing the rear today can't seem to get the tailgate and top corner to line up correctly the top corner seems to twist in just a bit to much keeping the tailgate from closing
The taillight and tailgate section of the fiberglass install is often the most time consuming. Call the manufacture to see if they have advice. We remove sheet metal and fiberglass until we get it where we want. Occasionally we need to do fiberglass or bondo work.
How much is this whole kit? I would love to TH-cam doing this in my garage at home. I love prerunners! 😍 I just got back from the winter 4X4 jamboree in Sand Hollow Utah. Now I’m getting ready for the Jeep Easter Safari in Moab Utah. I have a 2015 GMC 1500. I’m in love with this one.
Bring something new and different to this industry! Y’all’s suspension are ridiculous nice. Wish I could put something on my Subaru crosstrek. Just some coil overs from y’all.
Iv been looking around for kits and this one by far is the best one. Everything is well fabricated. Do you make a kit for a 2016 Chevy 1500 2wd? I'm sure it's costly but good work isn't cheap, and cheap work isn't good.
The kit in the video is compatible with a 2016 Chevy 1500 2wd. You just won't need the extended axle shafts. Take a look at our website for more info on the suspension.
No it's different because there's back spacing and there's offset. You could have a wheel with 4.5" back spacing and a wheel with 3.5" back spacing and they could both be 0 off set. Then when you add a wheel spacer in would make it 1" off set potentially casing more tire wear.
Currently Running a Mid Travel Lift with Icon suspension on my Titan and I have to ask, is it required to replace the stock spindle for offroading purposes as well? I was out with some buds and one their Titans also rocking the same suspension setup as me with stock spindles had the passenger side snap literally snapped, now not sure if its him that's just unlucky or if that is a part that is required for a more beefy aftermarket replacement -ps still pretty new to off-roading

The Deaver pack isn't intended for towing since it would compromise it's off road handling. To tow with this type of rear suspension it needs removable air bags.
That is correct! When building an off-road vehicle, you want a soft, progressive suspension. For towing, you want stiff suspension to hold the weight and prevent the vehicle from bottoming out. With this suspension setup, I wouldn't put more than 300 lbs of constant weight on the rear end. Otherwise, it'll flatten and de-arc the springs.

Probably a mix of lack of demand, Mgmt. planning, and a flawed front UCA design. In the 14-19 1500's there is a "limit tab" that the UCA will come in contact with if the suspension droops too far. Does this kit retain the OEM front axle shafts? Or does the kit come with longer extended axle shafts for the 4WD/AWD?
If you select 4WD when purchasing the long travel kit on our website, it'll add in our 3.5"+ long travel axles. The OE axles would be too short.
