sir, I wanted to design a cmos ckt of Z = [(A+B+C)(D+E)](whole bar), So what if I first design Z(bar) = [(A+B+C)(D+E)] and output of Z(bar) is taken as input of a cmos inverter that changes input Z(bar) into Z. Is it right or wrong? SIR, PLEASE ANSWER.

Z bar itself gives you [(A+B+C)(D+E)](whole bar)
If you want to design Z only then You are right. Use Another CMOS inverter with input Zbar
