Nice video. I'm doing a front handspring over a red exercise ball easily . But I have not tried to do it without the ball yet. I'm using a little bit of the ball to propel me up and over .
I don’t know if it was because I already had most of the basics down, but after watching this video, I went outside and landed it on my second try. The landing part still needs work though😂
I think a better prerequisite will be a bridge but you said that in this tutorial it's a bridge was needed but I think a bridge is really helpful it's completely necessary because that's how I did the front handspring but most people limbo first I mean land low and then once they get better they will start lining up right in the arch
Yes! Just enough to get that leg up in the air! You are not pushing in order to generate more height; you are simply pushing the leg to help it follow the initial swinging leg! Hope that makes sense!
A lot of it starts with setting up some mats for safety, having a spotter, and having confidence! It's okay to start slow with learning these moves. That's why progression moves can be very useful for building courage, but eventually you'll probably have to go for it - just don't rush it! There's always a risk, but that's what can make tricking so exhilarating. Hope this helps!
so chris like i am a beginner... so what according to you is the best to start with?.... like which type of flips should i start attempting first. Please state!!
I would recommend learning a cartwheel, roundoff, handstand, and front handspring! That will start you down a solid base for learning traditional flips. If you're looking at tricking, try learning a tornado kick, 540 kick, and butterfly kick!
A lot of the power comes from your leg that swings up! It's also important to stretch as flexibility helps a lot with this move. If you upload a video, I may be able to help more. :)
One of the best tutorials, i think the people who disliked can't even try. Salute man
StarRay MC it’s not right technic for beginners !!

I'm glad I could help! It takes practice; spins are a totally different feeling and require a lot of practice and technique. Keep on rockin'!
daaaaamn it's been a while! xD
Yes you're back! How was college?
Still subbed since you left man :D
I think a better prerequisite will be a bridge but you said that in this tutorial it's a bridge was needed but I think a bridge is really helpful it's completely necessary because that's how I did the front handspring but most people limbo first I mean land low and then once they get better they will start lining up right in the arch
I'm sorry I forgot to tell you you didn't say that you said the bridge wasn't needed you just didn't say anything about the bridge
hi, do you have to kick or push with your left leg when right leg swing up?
Yes! Just enough to get that leg up in the air! You are not pushing in order to generate more height; you are simply pushing the leg to help it follow the initial swinging leg! Hope that makes sense!
Tnx for the heart Chris
can you give some suggestions for getting over the fear of attempting flips
A lot of it starts with setting up some mats for safety, having a spotter, and having confidence! It's okay to start slow with learning these moves. That's why progression moves can be very useful for building courage, but eventually you'll probably have to go for it - just don't rush it! thanx bro... i hope this will help me out
I ca n do it thanks bro
Please upload BHS, I am waiting for your video
It's on the list!
Thanks
I land pretty low, with my knees bent, what is the problem?
hi, when u swing and kick up the right leg, the left leg just push up normally like doing aerial and cartwheel?
Exactly! In this case, the left leg will push off the ground as you would do in a normal aerial or cartwheel.
so you are using more strength on your right leg to increase more height?
Yes! Your right leg, which swings up, is the primary method used to generate your height and rotation in this movement.
What is wrong if i keep on landing on my back and not on my legs?
A lot of the power comes from your leg that swings up! It's also important to stretch as flexibility helps a lot with this move. If you upload a video, I may be able to help more. :)
Nice
dammmm thats clean
Love you💜❤️
haha ur back i got mine clean up like 8 years ago but good tutorial man btw im using ur cheat gainer right now 🙄🙄
Awesome! So glad to hear that. :)
please make video for front flip drill please ....

I'll put it on my list! That's a fun move.
Owsm & thank u
i keep letting my hands go too late and falling on my back , any tips ?
IT'S BEEN SO LONG
That I haven't seen your face
Very very nice video bor
what happen if you dun push your hand when both legs are up?
I would imagine you would have decreased height in your movement.
I keep doing mine like a round off and landing opposite side what do I do
I mess up on the landing I land decent but not how you did ?
2 and a half year ... that's a really long time christ ... but at least you don't stop making video ... still waiting for it
Nothing helps. I always land with bent knees and it looks like 2:14. I don't get that arch.
Hey hes alive! Too bad I already stopped doing parkour..
What is that move from 0.20 mark called?
That's a standing full - a backflip with a full twist!
Can you do a handstand tutorial?
Will add it to my list!
Tbh my main worry is that you wouldn't ever collect your $1000's of ad revenue. Welcome back!
LOL, I definitely don't make nearly that much in ad revenue. But, I do enjoy producing the content for y'all! I love seeing how everyone progresses.
