I will take living in the hills in Kingston over anywhere else in Jamaica because it's like living in Westchester or Rockland county NY. The security is also very tight. You cannot commit a crime in cherry gardens or smokey vale and think you are going to jump on a nearby highway and escape. By time you drive down the bottom of the hill the cops are there waiting for you. It's very safe living in places like that.

At the start of the video ,it is stated that the community is a place where the owners don't want anyone to know about it . They want peace and quiet and don't want to be known by Criminals. It's in the Iron Shore area about three hundred thousand US dollars should get you one of the medium size property . Check out the Victoria Mutual property services on their Google website that covers all jamaica
