It's frustrating to watch these videos. The vast majority of the population cannot afford anything over 4 million dollars. The rich and well heeled foreigners are causing the prices to get out of reach for the vast majority of Jamaicans. This is so bloody sad. It is a freaking conspiracy to keep the poor in abject poverty. Who are you trying to reach with these videos? Even the container homes are priced out of the reach of the Jamaican people. Both political parties have been raiding the NHT.

In layman's terms people, all the screws you saw that missed the lart means high winds will blow those sheets off and compromise the entire house, damaged furniture, etc. also, when rain fall, especially that sustained one that falls in September the whole roof will be leaking water into the house from those screws you saw. Without huricane ties that connect the roof structure to the concrete structure, any hurricane or strong winds can blow off the entire roof damaging ceilings, paint, furniture, kitchen cabinetry, bathroom vanities, insurance company may deny your claim (if insured). No insurance company will insure this house after they see this video and the terrible work the money loving and lazy roofers did. The home owner will be spending through the roof correcting all this and doing repairs after heavy sustained rainfalls and strong winds.
