In my school vr game there was 2 more beyond omega level mutants goalius ( after he gained both the maxes form and extremus ) and a 75 year old little girl named everlin anyway Goalius abilities were super strength speed agility dread blades sonic Fury and hyper fury ( sonic Fury is a massive sonic boom and hyper fury is a straight up iron man unibeam and dread blades are ridiculously powerful there like phylocks blades but it cuts through anything even rip portals in reality) and everlin she is a bioweapon with telekinesis mind infection and planetary corruption and heck everlin once controlled goalius and gave him a criminal record of EVERY CRIME UNDER THE GOD DAM SUN but goalius broke free and killed everlin and a bioweapon Omicron level entity named elfils who she can open portals so powerful that it pulls different planets
If you're going to include Franklin then Include Wanda and Wiccan for that matter. Wanda since both were retconed as non mutants and Wiccan since at his peak he's makes what Wanda can do look effortless.
I love Amanda and her list but I have to disagree with her ranks on this list. The top two should have been Nate Grey and Franklin Richards. They both were the target of Onslaught in his ultimate grab for power after his creation.
