I was blessed to see them do this live on their last US tour. We were standing just feet from MISA and watched the entire thing in complete awe. Nice that you mention Miku's role, but you missed the key part she played on rhythm guitar during the duel. She played a series of ascending chords that added a real sense of building to something crazy.
