Been at this clovis hunch for a few months and it's always 4 Clovises later to get those strikes that actually feels right lol. Then the catch, you gotta keep going with it otherwise the angle and force to get it just right slowly fades out of the mind over time, and it happens fast. Percussion and paleo in a nutshell from how it's felt honestly. It's well worth it, holding a really good self-made replica is rewarding as heck, the skill needed and the risks taken to get it to final stage. Man that is a mean looking one.

@@GulfCoastKnapping it's just like you said. Seems almost effortless to tip off nice flakes. Took a bit to get used to the weight. It's a very well made bopper, I'm very happy with it.
