🙏 Happy Diwali. 🙏 Surprised to see this receipe online. Reminds me of my grandma's ways. Which I keep as a routine stock of powders with curry leaves also roasted n powdered wholesale, in kitchen stock always. This powder is a very soothing one for a lassi without red chillies though. I generally add qtr teaspoon of this powder. Roasted rolled oats. Powder well. Add skin peeled cut apples. Squeeze lemon. Grind well. N mix with curd whip well salt to taste. N a lovely drink while going out is ready in 5min. Suitable in between meals esp before stepping out to go for shopping. I prefer this drink for travel if it's 1 or 1.5h even by car. It's filling n sustains you with energy. Can also try with overnight soaked kodo millet, cooked n added n grinded instead of oats. This smoothly is super delicious n healthy option too. Minus toor dal if you choose only methi dhania n pepper. N a blessing for IT professionals. On their work table. Strawberry, apple pear, Ber apple, pomegranate pineapple, hv tried out n very refreshing ..Cheers from Pune. You may know better n might hv yr own story too. Thanks. . 🙏

We add half a teaspoon of jeera while powdering the rasam.powder ingredients, we don't roast jeera, it must be a variation, but tastes excellent

You may add onion and put pakoda into it. It will be equal to North Indian Kadi. As such, it can be called More Vendhiya Kozambhu.
