I've been a Peach main since Melee and have never looked back since. Smash Bros. is the reason I practically always use the princesses in all Mario spinoffs, and the look on the faces of all who "never choose the girls" when they lose to a damsel will never get old.
Melee: Was a very calculating character but also really good Brawl: A somewhat mediocre character who's only real use was to beat Ice Climbers and low/bottom tiers. Only character loyalists/Peach fans played this character 4: Was somewhat decent and had an amazing infinite but if you want to play a female character, you're better off learning Bayonetta, Shiek, Rosalina & Luma, Corrin, Lucina, or Zero Suit Samus Ultimate: Got an echo fighter, Daisy, and both Peach and Daisy are easily a top 5 character in Ultimate and when the game released, was considered to potentially be the best character in the game. Many people no longer hold the opinion that she is the best in the game anymore because she has a weird matchup spread, she is one of the hardest characters to master, and she has to compete with top tiers like Palutena, Joker, Pikachu, and Zero Suit Samus. Most of those matchups are either even matchups are slightly/majorily against Peach/Daisy's favour. But none the less, Peach/Daisy are still an extremely good character and will continue to be a very good character through out Ultimates life span.
Man if Daisy was in Smash 6, I hope they flesh her out to de-clone her. Also, Peach should be playable in way more platform games. So should Daisy. And I'd love to see Wario and Waluigi in way more games.
Zero suit samus definitely beats her. And we could even stretch and say Marth too, since his granddaughter is good in ultimate while he was top tier in every other game. Also we can bring up snake, diddy, maybe sheik, and falcon could be considered. But yes she’s been consistently decent

Just when I was starting have important to me spoiled because someone didn't want to be friend all because they didn't want me calling peach my waifu ( stopped being my friend and blocked me cause of it) I see this and I'm reminded why I love peach in smash, she's sweet and caring. But as we see from this, she's also tough, bad ass and fierce and can really hold her own. And she's a really Sassy ruler Seeing this has really helped me strategically, but as well as emotionally. What people underutilize with Princess Peach is that she is very agile. You can dodge ults with her too. She's fast & can evade really well. Lol It's a lot with technique & timing though.
There was a competition of Team Peach vs Team Daisy in momocon, ling ling was on team Daisy, but the other battles which were 1v1, they were Peach, he even switched from Daisy to Peach when he 1v1 against Samsora, yeah I dont think he wants to show that he likes Peach more lol

And boom you got peach, her float cancel can be used the same way a wavedash would, so why not using it. On top of that, things like triangle jump, platform hover float, wavelanding rargf and so much more just helps making peach one of the deepest if not the deepest character in terms of movement in the game.

Daisy is a tomboy so her moves should be more centered on sports and anything athletic.
