    *By functional I mean you can comfortably swing or carry it **bestgym.equipment** around as one would expect of a kettlebell weight. By versatile I mean the protective coating does not prevent attaching magnetic micro-plates to increase the weight, so, for example, a 35 pound kettlebell can be increased by up to 5 pounds in weight or possibly a bit more by attaching magnetic micro-plates.*

    Great video, thanks for sharing. I can see you changed a bit the abs routine. Why? Would you suggest to switch to this one or its the same as the old one?

      This one starts standing again but I added some posterior chain exercises to prevent poor posture from too much an work. The floor series starts with the lower abdominals which is the correct order when training abs because they are harder to recruit and should be trained while you're fresh. I would say this is a better workout overall.

    I used a 25 pound kettlebell and I weigh 268. How many calories do you think I burned?

      Honestly this workout is not a big calorie burner. If you’re only using a 25 pounder and at your weight then strength needs to improve to use more energy and glucose when working out. So maybe 200-250 cals at best. Nearly all my other workouts would look to burn a lot more calories with more total body movements and more muscle sbeing recruited
