- 24 minutes abs and core workout to target the rectus abdominis muscles, the obliques and the strengthening of the core.
Get ready for this great Home Ab Workout! Kettlebell core workout that you can do at home, gym or whenever you like!!
The timer will be on for 40 seconds of work, followed by 20 seconds rest between each set!
In this ab & core workout, I`m using bodyweight and Kettlebells (24kg and 32kg) as resistance for a perfect ab routine that can be completed as a main workout or as part of the bigger session!
All you will need for this follow along is your mat and kettlebell (heavier KB is optional)!
Aim to perform each rep as best you can! Let's do this!
👉🏼 Duration: 24 MINS
👉🏼 Intensity: 40 sec "ON" 20 sec "OFF"
👉🏼 Equipment: Kettlebell (I'm using 24kg and 32kg Kettlebells, please adjust the weight to your fitness level)
