Unveiling the next generation of cable cars - SkyOrb launches at Singapore Cable Car

Did you know that the Singapore cable car was featured in an intense action scene for the classic Hawaii Five-0 series from 1968? That's how far they have come, as the Singapore cable car celebrated their 50th anniversary on the 15th of March, 2024.
They also unveiled the next generation of cable cars, named SkyOrb during the event. The new design features a circular window with chrome finishes and boasts an almost 360 degree see-through view from inside.
The SkyOrb will begin operation from the 20th of March 2024.
