Just be extremely careful about what you do or say especially when the little girl fresh out of high school. The refferal made to them by the police would contain your contact details which were then entered onto Child Services system by a social worker that handles refferals, the 2 that came out would've either been the duty or allocated socal worker and a student. The Issue you have now is that they'll contact the police and get any relevant information in regards to yourself however they would need to get your consent if they want to look at all your records, refusing to give them consent would mean that the case is reffered to Child Protection Proceedings which is a road that you don't want to go down. Some social workers do intentionally lie on reports as well, some from Oldham Child Services are known for it.

@hank.marvin how would you suggest it be run? Because the way they operate now is logical and if people don't abuse their kids and follow the steps they'll be left alone. If they keep being arrested and treating social as the enemy it never allows them to go through the steps and take you off the system.

Police and social services are the worst. I did a subject access request and it stated that my sisters had meetings about me with both providers and I was not invited to these meetings to put my side over.

I wish you nothing but good Marti. My wife got a phone call from social services sayind someone had reported I had spoken rudely towards her . I let my wife deal with them completely. She has to have the phone on speaker because she has bad hearing . My wife put them straight and told them we speak our minds to each other . You should hear what says to me sometime. I dont think they believed her because they left her a phone number and kept repeating she could ring them any time she wanted to
Just be extremely careful about what you do or say especially when the little girl fresh out of high school. The refferal made to them by the police would contain your contact details which were then entered onto Child Services system by a social worker that handles refferals, the 2 that came out would've either been the duty or allocated socal worker and a student.
The Issue you have now is that they'll contact the police and get any relevant information in regards to yourself however they would need to get your consent if they want to look at all your records, refusing to give them consent would mean that the case is reffered to Child Protection Proceedings which is a road that you don't want to go down. Some social workers do intentionally lie on reports as well, some from Oldham Child Services are known for it.
