my husband lightly painted flint’s face to match that atrocity raccoon face paint! Since his experience is military he made flint look like a Gentleman from his service Sergeant Vick Zandt an Afrikaan who was at our wedding in Johannasburg. Yes my husband kitbashes most of his duplicate figures to look like his mates from his Battalion.
Having 3 Flints already I would play the long game on this one. I do like that he comes with some of Recondo's gear but it is not enough to want me to pay full price for it. Great review!
I got my OG flint from classified that's all I need. I don't need trash panda Flint espically since I finally have a proper shotgut for him from the valaverse weapons set that arent warped out of the box! 😂😂 FYI The knife is a kukri. Its the traditional knife carried by British Gurkas when they pass selection for the Brirish Arny. They tend to use it as a knife and machetty where they live. Traditionally these days ttey make them out of leaf springs from trucks.
I don't remember having warped weapons for the figures in the 80's.........how is it that over thirty years later....this is an issue? An issue that no one at Hasbro seems interested in solving......or even acknowledging.
With your absolute disdain for this figure and Tiger Force in general I am shocked that you didn't save your gas and just pass on this. However, as a TH-camr you like to get your opinions / judgments and such out there for us to make our own decisions which we all appreciate. Imagine if Hasbro partnered with Gridiron Studios to make the weapons this line would just obliterate all other lines but instead the whole Classified/Retro lines all need a dose of Viagra to stiffen everything up which annoys the hell out of me. Do I want to spend the money I do on Gridiron just to make a $30-40 figure look good..."NO" but I will just to make my display not look so ugly with these Nerf/Gummy pieces of crap that Hasbro supplies us with. Now I am not a big fan of re-paints even though that is Hasbro's favorite thing to do but if you are going to give us a re-paint at least give us a different loadout and switch some things up. They could have gotten rid of those stupid shin guards, horrible JoePro, cut out the middle part/chest plate of the vest and even add some more camo to the face. Now I do like the Tiger Force and Python Patrol figures as I never had the 3.34" figures as I bounced out of collecting around 1988 as I was graduating High School a few years after and adulthood happened and this was when Tiger Force was first introduced. Other than the minor gripes this figure isn't the worst figure to be made, the black stripe over the eyes was a confusing choice. I do like the colors of Tiger Force altogether, is it realistic, hell no but at least Hasbro is giving us almost duplicates to the originals, just with horrible tweaks. Now for the face sculpt, I can't believe you like this, it looks nothing like Flint, matter of fact I chalk this up to being just as bad as Lt. Falcon's head sculpt. I know we are getting a retro Recondo, Scarlett, Duke, and Beach Head but I think Flint was probably the number 1 figure due for that Retro look, I think the Classified Duke and upcoming Retro Duke's are the only one's where I like both versions just as much. Great video even though it seems like you had to motivate yourself just to get through this review, keep up the great work brother and keep giving us the information we crave.
the figs fine the weapons they need to step up on they're cheaply made and all twisted but the tf flint fig its self is dope alot better then u guys are doggin it for
Yeah I just plan on putting the original Flint's head on this fig. Or maybe I will return the figure and keep the box🤷🏾♂️😁
Although many people will not agree but Tiger Force Flint is one of the most beautiful figure Hasbro has produced.
just the rifle is made cheap its all bent out of shape but I like this fig

that long bladed knife is called a kukri and it originates from south asia and its the national weapon of nepal and its carried by nepalese soldiers.

I was thinking & looking at the locker box. I believe it's done right. Because if you leave it on the table and spin it, it works out.
I picked up the twins, also stocker and the viper, three pack and crock master all at Ross as well
This might actually be the most easily skipped repaint of the line. If you have the first Flint this guy really adds nothing new or better.
Thanks for the great, honest review. It's bland, oddly colored figure. However, I've never really been a fan of Tiger Force.
